So I like to research and read up on things and when it comes to my health and fertility google is not really the best bet I appreciate all the education and information Gyna offers

I m started using Gyna more than an app it feels like a companion The information is worded very simply and in a user-friendly way that anyone can understand I constantly do a lot of research on this manages to break down information in a way that is easy to digest Without getting that it would be so difficult even doing personal research to find out the type of information and give so simply I am loving this app and I think it is a holistic approach touching on every important subject that one needs to be aware off to make the necessary changes for success

Simple easy to use I m only on day 2 but I ve learned a lot so far I always knew a proper diet was important to fertility but I didn t really know where to start Gina has been very informative and breaks it all down for you Can t wait to see where this journey will take me in my conception journey

Really informative I really like the way the articles are broken up into learning section I like that it has a limit too so that you have time to think about each section of learning and don t overload I also like the way the fertility advice is backed up by scientific studies and evidence
