Thiefs hallon i have hade Manny years abonnemang here and the always try to put extra price fees so i have removed one abonnemang then afer a month removed my sim card tp another company they say Me all u need to do just Registration there and all is ok i did it then my number was seing to telia app But sadently i got to pay 4 more months extra today i got 2 very ridiculus girl on kundservice that was terribile i Will never go back to this chat cheap company where u cant Call etc dont ever try to be client here

Terrible terrible service from Alexander B I bought a iPhone 15 Pro from them and did not receive and tracking number or anything I contacted them and he answered with short answers and didnt even answer the concerns I had terrible service I regret buying my phone from them for sure

The company just robed me

The company just robed me I canceled subscribtion Then they tried to charge me 1 5 SEK the transaction was declined by bank Then they sent paper invoice for 62 SEK Don t trust them with you bank details

Overcharged abd demand payment even after changin to another service provider

Cancelled my wifes coverage while we were travelling and refuse to help Now we find they also regularly overcharge her All attempts to contact customer services are ignored So she went to another company Still she receives demands for payment Even worse they send bills with no payment date listed then they add late charges for failing to pay by their secret payment date We have no idea how long they will continue with these phantom charges if we pay the latest one will we receive more

Been a customer for some years and decided to buy a phone a week before the double surf campaign Sadly customer service can t apply it back to my account Computer says no Think twice before dealing with Hallon There systems suck

Skrev abbonemanget Hallon Liten d jag anv nder mig v ldigt s llan nallen Samtal och sms mms fr n svenska numren oavset operat r funkar fint oberoende p vart i hela v rlden prenumeranten befinner sig Samtal fr n utomlandsnumren funkar fint ingen brus eller konstiga ljud Kan f sms fr n utomlandsnumren helt gratis Men det gick inte att skicka sms till utomlandsnumren Iaf inte f r min del till varken Singapore Australien eller USA Hallon delar 3s n t och har ocks h rt fr n andra att det r samma problem som uppst r delar av Asien t cks inte i deras n tverk vilket r en stor nackdel f r oss som har familjmedlemmar och bekanta i just den delen av v rlden Summary Calling and sending sms-text messages to any Swedish mobile number works fine even if your friend is overseas Receiving calls from an overseas caller also works ok clear and crisp sound No problems receiving SMS from overseas numbers at no extra charge - Could neither send new SMS or reply to received SMS to an overseas number Singapore Australia and the US Hallon shares 3 s network and I have heard at least one first-hand report of 3 subscribers not being able to reach Singapore numbers without having to fight it out with customer service So if you need to reach that part of the world stick to Telia and Telenor or possibly one of their daughter companies

not so good seems bad coverage

My initial experience with Hallon was bad I got my SIM and I tried to activate it It didn t work and I had no signal on my iPhone I contacted the customer service agents and they asked me to wait and wait During a long day waiting for this sim to start working I tried every means to make it work It didn t work and I contacted the agent again for an extra SIM Hopefully this problem can be solved soon I have never experienced any activation failures with any other operators in Sweden

I received my first month payment and they required me to pay by Bilogram Though i have mentioned from the beginning i have no Swedish bank account so i would expect the minimum level of payment mean would be creditdebit card payment and not just through Bilogram They didn t mention about it from the beginning but when i asked the payment methods offered me they confirmed the possibility to pay by creditdebit card Also it s unacceptable not to provide the customer the chance to pay by cash Everything is electronic Finally Hallon App doesn t offer the chance to the customer to change the language You may understand Sweden is a multiculture country with many immigrants and refugees Even if i am a EU citizen i do not speak Swedish and i understand only English French the most dominant and recognized languages in the EU area so expept of Swedish as a primary language you should give the chance to the customer to change language English French Arabic Ukrainian etc etc I am not happy at all with Hallon Thank you and have a nice day
