Long waiting but then fast and efficient

Long waiting as the amount of work is divided by not quite enough personnel I think same here Once my request mail was looked into it went fast and efficient

I understand that they don t work 24 7 customer support but hey I m there to deal with English speaking clients all day long Even remotely Hit me up if the salary stats at 30K SEK after taxes Wink wink Nudge nudge

It is not easy to talk

It is not easy to talk chat often resets not all information in hallon page is clear When I changed plan with subscripsion to another with more GB it changed automaticly to prepaid card And I didn t know that till was blocked several days

Good support And their offers good for temporary solutions I dont use them as my default account as i have one already Otherwise I don t think they have all the information clear on the website I would have saved some time if they provided all the info And their customer service would have saved time too

best buy in sweden

I ve had great coverage with their 4G network it is fast and reliable I m subscribed with their cheapest subscription and it has been great I have not experienced any problems with Hallon so far I ve been a customer for over a year

as i find Sweden litle bit more expencive from the rest EU countries i have llived an As my economy is important to me and i like to get good stuff for afordable prices i can say that definitely this is the best buy in Sweden The large subscription is perfect it has unlimited calls sms and the data package is the best becouse i use lot of data actually more then for calls and msgs good coverage best price i am super pleased
