Our travel agent Scott has been very very helpful in booking our itineraries by Sept to 4 Asian countries He s always contacting us and emailing us of any update to our flight schedule I would recommend Halo Flights to my friends for their travel in the future and tell them to get in touch with Scott You ate AMAZING Scot Best regards Jo Grajo

The rep who helped me was very good

The rep who helped me was very good polite and answered my questions as best he could Only disappointment was given dates and price first evening told that we would complete following morning to find dates had changed and I would now have to pay an extra 130 He did try to explain what happened here but I still coil work out why this happened But I am still please with how he conducted himself and with his helpfulness

I m happy with your customer care service especially with Mario Fernandes and Bruce They are still doing very helpful communication with me I have confidence that during my holidays if I am in need of any support they will help me There are some re-scheduling Issues that took place due to flight changes which made us very disappointed but Mario and Bruce handled that issues nicely I am still expecting a refund as you agreed Thank you so much for all of your kind assistance
