DO NOT USEThis company is a scam all the reviews are fake and if you look at profile pictures on the fb reviews this proves this They all quote fake names like Simon smith and Anna Jones as to who has dealt with the bookings this is also a red flag They have deleted many other legit reviews from people who have been scammed Be very careful if you book with these cowboys

I would recommend flying with halo Flights Peter was brilliant in winning over my trust because I was skeptical at first in booking online I was scammed before another company online nd the trust had goneBut thankfully I trust halo Flights Nd will book with them again

The Senior Travel agent Mellisa she arranged the dates for a family holiday for Disneyland Paris I asked her clearly to find the available dates on school holiday She send me the dates and she kept presure me to book the holiday I did and paid After I checked properly the off school dates Senior travel agent Mellisa sold me the holiday during school I contact her and she send me back a response to pay another 256 per person on top for the dates to be changed I was really shocked and disappointed as I trust her as being professional and actually she sold me a holiday during school which I cannot go I asked her if she can change the dates as in previous suggestions dates as I cannot afford to pay extra I feel really disappointed as I believe she is professional i want to cancel the holiday as I cannot get permission from the school for the children to miss 4 days school I feel so disappointed and I don t know where to turn to get my money back What it supposed to be a dream holiday became a nightmare

Should have smelled a rat when the travel advisor thought Frankfurt was in France They have now sold me a flight which doesn t exist Have had to get solicitor onto them in an attempt to get my money back

Dylan Dylan Dylan What a scammer I have proof and documentation of him promising me a refund He even said check your bank account the money should be there this is the same guy you who Asked me to write him a good review while I was on The phone with him He made me screen shot the review and email it to him to proof read it then said to post it These are all self made fake reviews Stay away from this fraudulent company They are thieves and will steal your money Once you arrive at the airport you ll learn that you don t have a booked trip KeepIn mind that anyone can hold a flight for 24-48 hours and anyone can reserve a hotelWithout paying the day off Don t fall for the scam Check out their social media no one post a pic of their trip and no one post experiences about the trip just the phone call

I was scammed out of my money by Halo flights I spent about 3000 and no holiday I could cry They booked me my holiday out of holiday season and when I contact the hotel before we were going to travel I found out the hotel was close over that period And when I contact Halo Flight about it They were only going to refund 300 but did not received a penny up till now

We bought a flight home to the Philippines for a member of our staff they had already been in touch with Halo regarding the tickets for the Christmas period or we would have booked through another provider as on Google flights we had found cheaper flights than those quoted We kept asking for a payment receipt for proof of purchase in the end Liza sent one through and apologised for the informal receipt but this is what they could put together at the last minute We had transferred the funds three weeks prior so I don t understand why they couldn t issue a formal receipt I chased them in November for a formal receipt for our company accounts I had no answer I have chased them again in January and again last week Still no answer via email I need a proper invoice for my year end accounts

Hi people I wouldn t believe any of these reviews there holiday packages are very bad and very un professional my experience with them was very bad and left my partner very upset has she is a disabled person and cannot move very quickly the AGENCY book us a train from euro disney paris to lille for a connecting train on the eurostar bearing in mind I had told them in more than once about my partner so my train was at 18 51 and arriving in to lille at 19 57 and check in at euro star Closes at 20 00 we arrived in to lille at 20 05 got to the check-in at eurostar by 20 15 and the check-in was closed we couldn t rebook out ticket we was told we had to inform our agent which they did not care and did not help we had to fine and book a hotel for the night which cost uk 300 euros and to purchase another train tick for our return costing us another 300 euro this company does not listen to their customers and needs I am going to proceed this with ABTA has this company should not be trading

This agency is a SCAM And so is Dylan Taylor do not believe the made up reviews They wrote these reviews themselves They are FRAUD They have been promising me a refund for months Sending made up emails and receipts Notice no one in the reviews has have any experience about taking the actual vacation The reviews only talk about customer service and phone conversations This is all FAKE BEWARE Do not give these frauds your money
