Increasing the agreed price of travel ticket at last minute is not good practice

So the government put us in lockdown and the French shut Disney butI m supposed to say I want to cancel my holiday and lose money

Big shout out to miss ella thank you for the assistance u gave me I Have been booking my ticket with halo flights before but this time i was realy disappointed i have recieve my refunds but the process was too long since feb24 my agent told me it was processed and since then i havent heard any update from this agency i tried my luck called them the 24 of march and they told me they already recieve the money from the airlines So since then they promise 6 times that the money is going to your bank in 3 to 4 days Not only agents but managers aswell but it did not happened it just came today 3 to 5 days became 6 weeks Im not writing this review to ruined their reputation or what just sharing my experience with them But thank you halo flights hope u make ur service better keep ur costumer upadated and dont try to hidw from them to give them assurance and to relieve their stress

Am not happy of waiting of the issuance of the ticket i almost waited 2hrs My 1st and last to transact in your company

After a lot of chasing and going back and forth i finally received a partial refund from Halo I used to email them several times before receiving a respond and had to call a few times aswell I didnt receive the full amount back as they were not willing to give me the full amount so i gave up in the end even though i was not at fault and just accepted a partial refund Halo are now trying to remove and dispute this review as they feel it is not correct however i have only reflected what i feel and what i went through as a customer Halo are saying they sent me the corrsct documents with the time flights but then after that i was sent 2 emails with times differing to the documents which confused me and caused me to miss my flight as the agent said something different in the email and different on the documents

i booked a ticket with emma and liza your staff they were good at the beginning i even give them a good review as they were quite ok and helpful but then as i already paid in cash all my tickets 4passenger after 2 weeks or so i realised i need to change the outgoing flight so i called them again same person and explained to them the reason then Liza said she check and call me back the following day i called them again as i didn t received any return call from them so i spoke to emma this time said she cant change the outgoing date as my ticket is on sale i told emma in the first place before i book a ticket i did already ask if i can changed or rebooked the ticket because we have experienced already that we cancel our flight due to unforeseen circumstances during this conversation EMMA said yes you can changed or rebooked your ticket we will just adjust how much will be the ticket in that day so i was confident enough as EMMA give me assurance so i did booked a ticket and here comes the time that i need to rebook our outgoing flight but they never call me back again please DON T TRUST this COMPANY HALO flights especially you paid already your ticket they will not help you anymore

I would never use Halo again We were told incorrect information and quoted charges which were not correct We were told the airline had been contacted- they had not Return flights we wanted we were told were not available In fact they were when contacting the airline direct No confidence in this business
