Solutions provider

We met issues when arrival our apartment but team members of Happy rentals have provided solutions in no time making our stay better than expected The ones we talked to and met was service-minded that s all we expect when going on holidays

Appartment was very nice

Appartment was very nice good location Collecting keys was very efficient and easy The pool wasn t open which we only found out on arrival due to a pool ban in Spain I feel they should have notified us before arrival It wasn t a problem as we are Marriott owners so we could use their pool but had we not had another pool it would have ruined our holiday The patio was also dirty and had not been cleaned - lots of bird poo on the patio Comfy beds Very nice master bedroom and bathroom Local shop very near and close to the beach restaurants and a little shop

The central location of the apartment was ideal for visiting Moon Stars Price performance was OK The fact that there is a construction site right across the street could have been mentioned The workers started working at 7 in the morning and it was very loud If you drive by car there is unfortunately no parking space for guests but there is a blue zone all around which is free from 6 00 p m until 8 00 a m Fan was great as it was very hot in Locarno Very fast and good support via Whatsapp with Christian and his team Thank you we really liked it

Very nice area

The location is nice but only for 2 people Thank God the weather was nice Otherwise she would have been a bit small The bed is folded out of the sofa Of course it s not that comfortable but it s okay - The garden and the seating area outside are great

Happy Holiday team very responsive and helpful Provided additional information which helped me and my 4 teenagers maximize the holiday So five stars for the team Only one issue - not related to team - there is a hornets nest wasp nest on the balcony of our apartment Dangerous for guests and for staff

The care of Anna on site was excellent

The care of Anna on site was excellent always available and fast The facility is highly recommended neat well maintained and right on the beach Lots of stalls nearby and the pool clean with a small bar at the same time The busy main road is rarely heard The apartment itself is ok and the balcony very nice The equipment of the apartment could be better at the price level Cleaning should also be better Unfortunately we had to go over it ourselves but maybe we are a bit sensitive I would also have liked an initial equipment for the first few days Otherwise top and recommended We will be back

A great panoramic view over the valley

A great panoramic view over the valley and to the lake clean rooms with good furniture and ideal for three persons a parking place in the garage was very well for our little car SUV may have a problem booking and arrival was organized very well a little problem was solved immediately location and size of the pool is really wonderful and special disadvantage is the closing time of the pool at 4pm and it was difficult to find sun loungers and umbrella The appartement should get a little bit of renovation because of damages to the plaster or damage of the wall and it is badly soundproofed Nevertheless Casa Turchese is really a good place for little families to relax and enjoy the beautiful lakeside

Perfect place for your next holidays

Nice appartment with everything you need Perfect situated near the bus supermarket restaurants not far away from the train station and of course the mountains We spent great time in there

Our experience was phenomenal

Our experience was phenomenal We got to our location and there was an issue with the electricity The electrician never showed so they drove us to another location which was even better They checked in on us multiple times and we had the best experience We travel frequently and I can t thank them enough We will be using them again Thank you Anna and team
