Well where to start We had the most amazing time in Villa Erika I was apprehensive as we had two babies a 4 year old and nine year old with us but I need not have worried ANGELO was amazing he was fantastic if we had any queries he replied back immediately he couldn t have been more helpful The Villa itself was a dream with the garden where the children could play ballgames go on the swings hammock not to forget the children s pool where they played morning noon and night There was so much space in side and outside we were a party of 5 adults and 4 children but there was plenty of room for other people to comfortably stay The beautiful sandy beach is literally a five minute walk from Villa The Airport is only 35 minute drive which was great with children I would highly recommend hiring a car to travel to the beautiful towns surrounding the area our favorite was Alberobello a must to visit 1 hour 20 min drive I would highly recommend

Our family group of three had a lovely relaxing 10-day stay in Suite Ondina 2 Viareggio Italy in late August early September 2023 The apartment was modern spacious and clean It was within a 5-minute walk to the beach services and was also very close to shops stores restaurants and also to the bus terminus Happy Rentals staff members Leonardo and Gianluca were very friendly and helpful in providing answers to information requests Our sincere thanks to Gianluca who arranged delivery of the apartment keys to us at Pisa Airport and also arranged transport to Viareggio from there as a thunder storm had caused major disruption in the area We will definitely stay in this apartment again

The Lady Ilona from Happy rentals sent us all the information Of all my dubs she replied instantly We will be booking more holidays via Happy Rentals in the near future

This was without doubt our best experience with a ski holiday rental The apartment was exactly as described though with more overall space than expected Full well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds Very cosy apartment Location was excellent with ski-in out a 50m walk from the front door It s a bit of a walk into town if you want to go shopping drinking but didn t bother us Ski locker might be tight for 4 adults we were 2 adults and a child Secure allocated parking space Happy Rentals were superb Pre-arrival information was detailed and very helpful with videos of how to get to the car park and from there to the apartment sent to us by Whatsapp They organised our lift passes and left them in the apartment for us Responses were very quick and always helpful You really couldn t ask for more

we stayed at Al Lago in BaschiEverything was wonderful Lovely natural surroundings Beautiful view Gloria is the perfect host Gloria does a really good job everything from reception to guidance during the stay as well as check-out She has a wonderful and contagious mood and enthusiasm We felt very welcome thanks to the beautiful house the fantastic view and most of all Gloria s pleasant welcome Thank you for a good stay and good service

We had a wonderful summer holiday at the property Maddlena al mare in Marina di Pietrasanta A romantic house with everything needed by a family friends group with a nice big garden two big tables outside at both sides of the house A fully equipped kitchen many bathrooms and very comfortable rooms The beach is very close and a charming shopping street with cafes is just around the corner We will definitely come back and recommend this place to our friends too Also apreciated the prompt service of the property agent and his warm attitude Thank you

Happy rentals sent me all the information I needed even before I left for Italy so I did not have to worry about receiving information just days before They sent me clear instructions on what to expect and of the appliances in the house While we were at the property any questions we had were answered right away and Gianluca responded to me no matter the time of day Their service was wonderful We would not hesitate to rent from Happy Rentals again

Great place in Malaga og fantastic service We booked an apartment near Estepona in Costa del Sol The apartment lived up to our expectations We had some issues when we arrived but thanks to Anna she gave an amazing service and replied very quickly So if you want to stay somewhere at Costa del Sol then I can recommend to have a look at the apartments from Happy Rental

We had a fantastic experience staying at a beautifully decorated apartment in Nice The attention to detail in the decor made it feel cozy and welcoming It was fully equipped with everything we needed which made our stay comfortable and stress-free The location is perfect just a short walk from shops restaurants and public transportation making it easy to explore the city The communication with the host was excellent and they provided us with all the necessary information to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay Their service was top-notch We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a pleasant and convenient stay in Nice We hope to return soon
