Thornwick Bay - YO15 1AU

We stayed at the thornwick bay site in East Yorkshire Every single person of the haven staff team was extremely helpful and did everything in their power to help us with anything we needed The caravan we had was a bronze one as it was our first family holiday it was such a lovely caravan and the site was fantastic It does say on the caravan details that there is only a fridge but this is in fact a fridge freezer which we only looked at on the way there and panicked thinking we d have too go shopping each day Very spacious caravan Very clean

Arrived at seaview to find a fabulous bronze caravan Best caravan we have had in twenty years of holiday camping their was plenty of space either side of bed in main bedroom Extremely clean can t praise Haven enough All the staff we encountered very friendly and helpful Will definitely use them again Ann Prior

Best holiday you can ask for

We have stayed at so many haven holiday parks and couldn t ask for a better holiday We have received free upgrades and the staff have always been great The sites are always clean and tidy and well looked after and if you do have a problem haven have always bent over backwards to help

staff are amazing very understanding and can have a good laugh team leaders always positive and there when you need them The caravan was spotless and had no issues would highly recommend haven holidays at seashore

I have been to 6 different haven sites

I have been to 6 different haven sites and always found them clean and well equipped even though I book the cheapest dog friendly caravan Never been charged extra for my dog although I see someone says they have which I don t understand Cooks fish and chips is always pretty average but enjoyed meals at mash and barrel on many sites Site shops are usually ok Now the bookings have changed to stay or stay and play that works for me as I never use the entertainment as the site for me is a base to see the countryside from Going to Havggerston Castle in two weeks I have however had to cancel a later break to Perran Sands where I have been before due to an operation and Tuesday is day 35 of waiting for a refund

Outstanding Experience at Haven The Orchards Holiday Park

I ve booked many holidays with Haven across various parks and regions but my recent stay at The Orchards Holiday Park was one of the best experiences to date I want to extend a huge thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable As with any holiday there can be minor issues but what truly matters is how the team handles them The staff at The Orchards went above and beyond addressing any concerns we had promptly and with solutions that left us completely satisfied Their commitment to customer service really shows how much they value their guests The caravan we booked was absolutely amazing clean tidy and perfectly located with a stunning lake view It was a delight to wake up to such a serene setting each morning Throughout our week-long stay every member of staff we encountered was friendly professional and eager to make our stay enjoyable Whether it was the activity leaders bar staff or restaurant servers everyone contributed to creating a welcoming and fun atmosphere The park itself offers a wide range of facilities and activities ensuring there s something for everyone to enjoy Plus its location is ideal for exploring nearby Clacton Walton On Naze and some great shopping outlets We had an awesome time and are already planning our next visit Thank you Haven and The Orchards Holiday Park for an outstanding holiday experience We can t wait to come back

We have had a absolutely magical holiday Caravan was spotless and had so much more in than we expected the resort itself is clean and has so much for the kids to do The shows for us were the highlight they were simply amazing and the staff were the best they made it incredible a special shout out to Colby he honestly made my youngest the happiest little boy there Haven and all the staff we can not thank you all enough for making us feel like park of your family for the week Wow Colby

We had a brilliant holiday with Haven at Perranporth Cornwall Caravan was clean and tidy when we arrived Very spacious lovely kitchen Over looking the sea Staff there were amazing and friendly and always went that extra mile Entertainment was excellent and we all had a blast singing and dancing Beach was beautiful and stunning We thought we would try England this year and wasn t disappointed Weather wasn t the best but plenty to see and do there We had a great day down at st Ives A boat trip Best part of the country We will definitely be coming back in the future Jason sue and the 3 boys

Love Hopton

Love Hopton This was our 3rd visit to Hopton and I fall more in love with it every time We have never had any issues with this park and all the staff are friendly and helpful this time we booked a week for ourselves daughter and dog The caravan was high end and other than a little dush on top of lamp shades was immaculate The park itself is always clean and well maintained has almost every activity you could want and a fantastic wooded area for walking the dog off lead I highly recommend Haven Hopton and will definitely visit again
