3 weeks after my order no item has arrived Chased up and told they re looking into it with no further response I know delivery problems are Heavenly s fault but customer service hasn t been helpful

Bought boots and within the year both soles came away for the boots They replaced the boots no quibbles BUT the same thing happen within 9 months 3 of those months the hottest summer on record so they weren t worn refused and exchange or refund because over 6 months They offered me a 50 credit note They only guarantee their boots for 6 months Now ignoring my emails and won t reply Stuart on Customer Service needs to rethink his career as he definitely isn t a people person

Edited to add that I emailed the company as per their reply to this review a week ago and they still haven t replied so I dropped a star as replies here are obviously meaningless I ve had quite a few pairs of boots from Heavenly feet - as I really like the style and fit of them The first couple of pairs I bought maybe 5 6 years ago lasted for a couple of years Not amazing but OK they were only about 40 quid back then The last 3 or 4 years though every pair I ve had has fallen apart with the upper comig away from the sole within well under a year The first couple of times they exchanged them for me replacements also fell apart but I didn t complain then I foolishly bought another pair which predictably you might say fell apart in under 6 months and they just totally ignored my email complaint And they re not that cheap anymore not for things that last only a few months The upper material also peels quickly and on the patent ones the material cracks and the inside lining tears up at the heel really fast I really wish they d sort out the big problem of the soles falling off as it s really hard to find nice looking comfy vegan boots

Very disappointed that I have had to pay over 5 to return the sandals that I didn t wish to purchase Most companies these days cover the cost of returns and I think this is something that should be stated as a warning when you place the order Suffice to say I wouldn t have ordered them and probably won t order from you again in the future

Poor quality of colour I know these are artificial materials plastic but I asked id dye could be supplied to cover patches coming through after 2 times worn No reply was received Poor customer service I am beyond words to ward off buyers for appalling service and quality Don t buy Heavenly Feet

Nothing wrong withe the initial online purchases except too big Prompt delivery and well packed but well over 2 weeks for the refunds which is far far too long especially as you pay for returning items over 9 00 I kept one pair of sandals but will definitely think twice about another online purchase

Come up very wide and big Will never use them again as you have to pay for returns If you want to sell online you must be able to send them back with free

Had to return a pair of boots as they were too big Item was received back at their warehouse 14 days ago I have contacted them twice about a refund there are delays at the warehouse in processing returned items Whilst I have many pairs of their boots I wouldn t buy directly from them again 14 days is not an acceptable amount of time to be waiting for them to issue a refund Come on heavenly feet this still hasn t been issued an apology is not good enough I want my money back

Boots arrived and wrapped for wife s birthday When opened two left feet You would think that that they would have been quality checked before dispatch Not only a disappointed wife but return costs as well Disgusting service

The slippers seemed very nice bur after 12 days one of them has split apart so not really fit for purpose Will be returning
