loved most of the shoes I received however there was one pair that looked nothing like the picture on the website also they were too big even though I bought my size was very disappointed that I had to pay the postage to return them But it was either that or loss the full amount for shoes that do not fit

Ordered my regular size unfortunately both pairs were too big so ordered another two pairs smaller size and they were too small Really wished I had read your returns policy As I paid nearly 17 to return them all I do hope the refund is quick

Very quick delivery Was very disappointed when I received these and am returning them Quality poor and on the big side Have had boots many times before much better quality Did not expect to be returning them and at my expense too

Unfortunately I am Returning the boots as they are too tight in the ankle and narrow Was expecting them to be roomier

Lovely looking boots but huge fit Sadly I had to return I ve had boots from Heavenly Feet before and size wise was fine

I feel that Heavenly Feet boots do not have the same quality they used to have My first pair from about 9 years ago were amazing but the standard has sadly changed

Ordered 3 pairs of boots which arrived within 48 hours with free delivery Unfortunately have had emails since offering me a bigger discount on the boots I have already received I emailed Heavenly Feet and got an inadequate response

The size of the boots were completely wrong Having had the boots last year they were the right size and comfortable slight changes have been made this year making them very uncomfortable sadly I have had to return them

Boots were dispatched quickly and well packaged I ordered my normal size 7 but found the Angelina Chelsea boots to be very wide fitting and overall large So large that I can slide my feet in and out without undoing the zip even with thicker socks Whilst they do look smart albeit wide the upper material is not great and immediately when trying them at home I noticed a crease forming along the upper foot just below the toes Unfortunately HF do not cover the cost of returning their poor fitting footwear Personally I won t by from Heavenly feet again
