Unreliable

Signed a contract with them and while the letting manager was nice I have to admit that contacting support has been an awful experience a nightmare We have not been able to move due to critical aspects of the appartments that need attention broken locks broken ringbell and termite signs among many others but after 4 contacts they are just ignoring us We are feeling hopeless and lost about what to do next We are already paying full rent and we aren t able to move as they refuse to assist us However we already cancelled our other appartment and will need to move even if there are damages Very disappointing Makes me wonder if I should have signed a contract in the first place and what it will look like in the future for us EDIT I am including the latest ticket number I have Eingangsbest tigung 0001563722

Totally incompetent and not fulfilling their responsibility

Worst landlord agency you can find in Berlin They don t fulfill their responsibilities and are inexistent when they should be taking actions This situation makes our day to day a nightmare having to deal with such an incompetent landlord We ve called and emailed the customer service for almost 2 months dozen of times regarding an issue of water leaking in the building We cannot use any water without causing a leak to our neighbor below the issue is inside the walls and there is nothing we can do on our side It is the law 535 ff BGB that landlords are responsible of any issues within the building s pipes When reminding them of their obligations and their duty to lower our rent we simply got no answers Will update this review if anything happens even after 2 months of constant calls emails we re still hopeful case number R-312251147760

Broken heater and lack of support in winter

In the middle of the winter and -2 degrees outside and heater is not working There is no information about when it will start running again or anything I had to wait 30 mins on hot line just for reaching out the support team about my issue and their attitude was outragous They were not friendly and not helpful

14 C flat for the whole winter

The heating in our flat hasn t worked properly for the whole winter So we live in a 14 C flat Our neighbours have mentioned they have the same problem so potentially the whole building approx 15 flats is without appropriate heating Are they trying to freeze people out so they could get new renters with new rental agreements Surely they wouldn t Every now and again they send an engineer over who just looks at the radiators sometimes tries to air them but there s no solution And at the same time they sent us a rent increase letter They have energy for that but not for fixing the heating I email them every other day so they must be aware of the situation

Total ignore and terrible attitude towards their tenants

Just terrible company absolutely 0 respect towards their tenants We had our fridge broken for half a year and they were completely ignoring our calls emails and mails during that time Luckily after 6 month they have finally managed to fix it recently They advertise their customer portal where you are supposed to create tickets if there are any problems in your apartment or you have any inquires But it s just useless when you actually have a problem and want them to fix it they just ignore this portal It doesn t make any sense We still have 2 out of 3 radiators broken in our apartment since 2 months already and it s middle of the Winter when it s -8 outside They just don t care keep ignoring our tickets on their portal and even after a phone call still no changes from their side They only keep raising the price every year but what about compensation for non working stuff

Absolute worst company ever

Absolute worst company ever I have been dealing with mold for 1 5 years and until now one has even come by to check as it comes from rain damage The customer service are rude people with zero empathy
