We bought home at harriers Croft Gleeson homes Was very straight forward they sorted mortgage solicitors pretty much everything even sorted out fitted wardrobes for us But what made this even more special was Toni in office she showed us round all homes available and sorted out fitted wardrobes even electrics in garage She very polite and helped us in everyway

I have recently bought a new home with this company and have received excellent customer service throughout Sarah McKeown has been amazing throughout the whole process and Jon Vickers who I dealt with at the beginning Nothing has been too much trouble and I felt confident any problems would be dealt with in a timely manner Sarah has gone over and above even helping a damsel in distress moving a mattress albeit only a few doors down but what a kind lady Would highly recommend this company and my home is beautiful

Jodie at Abbeytown has been really helpful from the start Always responding quickly to emails calls getting answers for us in a timely manner The day before completion she was really reassuring and chasing up anything we had queried giving us peace of mind Any issues we have had once moved in have been resolved within days by Gleesons team

We visited The Romans development today to have a conversation about the houses on offer We were met by Catherine who was delighted to show us around the show homes as well as some stock houses that were available to get an idea of sizes and prices She was very knowledgeable and more than willing to answer every question we had Catherine made the whole experience of looking around the houses a pleasure

We were helped today by Tina at Stoneyford Green We went to look at the show homes after driving past the development a couple of weeks ago Tina couldn t have been more helpful - she answered any questions me and my partner had we re first time buyers so we were a bit apprehensive and went through all purchase options schemes etc We both feel so much better after going in and having a conversation and are looking forward to being updated on the houses coming up in 2025

I have recently started the process of buying my first house at Hays Park I visited Sarah the lovely sales executive there three times before paying the reservation fee and beginning the buying process She had provided me with invaluable support and advice and is never in a rush or pushing a hard sale She is friendly highly knowledgeable and considerate of others Overall it has been a great experience so far

Cannot justify the increase in price

Tina in sales has been absolutely great - after viewing the Mayfield at St Andrews heights I was really excited to hear about the new releases on Stoneyford Green I ve visited the site today and was so shocked by the 10 grand price difference for no more house How you can justify this increase in price is beyond me - yes it s a nice location- but 10 grand It s changed my yes to a no
