After realizing my order information

After realizing my order information was late in comparison to what the website said I emailed and got a response back quickly explains how they were still waiting on the order to get to them and offered me a discount code Felt somewhat satisfied but soon after I received my information on when my order will be delivered Took longer than expected but otherwise satisfied

my package had multiple issues but the team was there and quick to help me everything went well aside from a problem on the shipping companies side causing my order to have to be redone

I would have giving a 5 star rating but my shipment was only partial and they closed it out like it all came Due i emailed them and Alex a representative got back to me via email I finaly received my Hemper Box I was missing and just loved it So thank you again for making it Right

Only reason for 4 stars is the product I ordered was not in stock Outside of that the timeliness of customer support reaching out was fantastic I was also given multiple options to make up for the situation Great customer service and great products Keep up the good work

Great product just policy lies about what time you will receive it says 5 to 7 I m on day 12 says I won t get till 15 days so fix that

I m not sure why Hemper is getting low stars and bad reviews because their customer service is great I ve purchased from Hemper before and never had a problem Ordered an item 2 weeks ago and it arrived broken due to Courier Service I emailed Hemper support and was responded to Within 16 hours No problems at all they had me send it back and a new one has been sent That s literally the definition of great customer service
