Had issues originally receiving the package but Dallas with Customer support was very helpful with a response within the day Through the protection plan they were able to resolve the issue The product itself was amazing We had the XL Camp Out Box Definitely worth the price and the protection plan This set has quickly become our favorite

I had an item I wanted to buy and add to my next order for convenience and shipping I got a quick response that that wasn t possible but gave me a credit towards shipping and clear instructions on how to use it so I not only placed my order immediately but added to it Thanks for the great customer service
