Worst experience ever in my live for a delivery The driver refused to drive up to our house because he claimed his tiny truck was too big for the driveway - we have frequently much bigger vans and trucks coming without any problems told him this but he refused He was only willing to dump the bed 128kg on the sidewalk not even on our property When I asked him to at least offload it behind the fence he said no and returned and wanted to leave without delivering the bed at all which was by then already at the driveway to our house Half way back to his truck I tried to stop him and tell him to just leave the bed where it is right now on the street When he refused again I sat down on the bed and said stop I want my bed now He started pulling hard on the transport van underneath and caused several bruises on my legs He pretended to punch me physically and stopped right in front of me in order to frighten me Then he tried to get me off the bed packages again more bruises I started to grab a package and carry back towards my gate He followed me and pulled it out of my hands another bruise on my neck was the result He was not willing to discuss or do anything ABSOLUTELY INSANE Where is the client service Why would you take a package away from a client who is that desperate that he agrees to even pick up his packages from a busy road My wife 8 month pregnant came and tried to get him off of me I was afraid he would do something to her as well This guy need to be FIRED WORST EVER When calling the Company I was told that it is my problem with the bruises bc I was sitting on the boxes and they refused to give me another appointment for the delivery HANDS OFF THAT COMPANY

Useless I will no longer buy from toolstation fr as they use Heppner to deliver who are incompetent Tracking won t work packages don t arrive say they have arrived when they haven t Avoid

Horrible They don t deliver in the agreed date and you cannot contact them They do not answer the phone Unreliable company and bad service

2 days in a row a no show first call was drama I called the day of the pickup they blamed an other company for not showing up Next day no show calling but they don t even pick up the phone

I agree with most of the negative reviews They re very unreliable Saying that they tried to deliver and there was nobody home while the driver just never showed up

Communication addressed to the concerned parties Groupe HEPPNER PAYPAL LEROY MERLIN France Sales Platform FIXTOUT Vendor as well as the press and consumer associations in France --- I am reaching out regarding my order for a workbench Unfortunately the delivery driver refused to deliver the package to my building claiming that he was not responsible for the maintenance The package weighs 68 kg and at 65 years old and with a disability I find myself in a difficult situation The particularly taciturn driver immediately left with my package without any further explanation Upon checking online reviews for the carrier Heppner I found that the feedback is very negative with a rating of 2 and numerous damning comments I also contacted the parent company but to no avail They offered a new delivery in 3 or 4 days but indicated that the problem would remain the same delivery to the street I wonder how you or your partners can continue to work with them given all these concerning reviews Why do you or your partners not specify that deliveries are not possible for elderly or disabled individuals It is shameful I am sending multiple copies of this message to consumer associations today because I believe this is unacceptable To resolve this issue definitively I would like to exercise my right of withdrawal and receive a full refund as per Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code Thank you in advance for your assistance Sincerely Christophe Avon ---IN FRENCHCommunication adress e aux parties concern es Groupe HEPPNER PAYPAL Plateforme de Vente LEROY MERLIN France Vendeur FIXTOUT ainsi que la presse et les associations de consommateurs en France --- Je me permets de vous contacter au sujet de ma commande d un tabli Malheureusement le livreur a refus de livrer le colis mon immeuble pr textant qu il n tait pas charg de la maintenance Le colis p se 68 kg et 65 ans et handicape je me retrouve dans une situation difficile Le livreur particulierement taciturne est reparti immediatement avec mon colis et sans aucune autre explication En v rifiant les avis en ligne sur le transporteur Heppner j ai constat que les retours sont tr s n gatifs avec une note de 2 et des commentaires accablants J ai galement contact la maison m re sans succ s Ils m ont propos une nouvelle livraison dans 3 ou 4 jours mais m indiquent que le probleme restera exactement le meme livraison dans la rue Je me demande comment vous ou vos partenaires pouvez encore travailler avec eux tant donn tous ces retours pr occupants Pourquoi n indiquez vous pas vous ou vos partenaires que les livraisons ne sont pas possibles chez les personnes agees ou handicapees C est une honte J envoie ce jour plusieurs copies de ce message a des associations de consommateurs car je pense que c est innaceptable Maintenant pour resoudre definitivement le probleme je voudrais faire valoir mon droit de retraction et etre rembourse integralement - article L221-18 du code de la consommation Je vous remercie par avance pour votre aide Cordialement Christophe Avon ----

I wish there was an option to put a Zero star review No anticipation on the delivery no schedule a tracking that is like a joke There is a phone number but they never pick it up I litterally called them 20 times at regular intervals throughout the day without an answer Following up on your reply my r f rence number is 13623861 Just so you know still no reply whatsoever to my emails or phone calls
