Kuehne Nagel Portugal are Lazy Commit Fraud
Long story is that Kuehne Nagel were appointed agents by ProduceShop The 1st order arrived damaged The replacement has never arrived ProduceShop contacted me in August to say my package was being delivered but could give me NO details of the delivery NOTHING NADA They then contacted me again to say the delivery agent could not make a delivery At that time NO ONE had ever called me from Kuehne Nagel On 20 September 2023 Sandra from Kuehne Nagel finally contacted me directly via text message She said my package would be delivered tomorrow but would could not tell me the time OR the name of their sub contactor No one called on the 21st or the 22nd This exchange follows a driver calling me hanging up and then reporting that I refused the delivery I never spoke to anyone There is NO tracking and no accountability Yes I am frustrated and exhausted I work too i can t just sit and stare at my phone all day waiting for a call from a delivery driver who will not tell me when he will arrive to meet me Today a driver called me but is from Brazil so could not understand me Then Sandra called me back to tell me my package was being returned to italy totally unacceptable

I RESIGNED DUE THE TREATMENT FROM POOR MANAGEMENT
The second shift whole management team from operation Manger orange vests blue vests and the regional manager and there company Human Resources Manager in the Ellenwood location doesn t follow there own policies these outside companies pay money for there product to be in the hands of trust worthy people in which there not FROM OPEN ITEMS EMPTY BOXES THAT THEY DONT REPORT AND NOTHING IS CONFIDENTIAL if you make any complaints on being mistreated or being disrespected THEY WILL RETALIATE AGAIN YOU AS well as anything you report TO them THE person will know within that day these SUPERVISORS don t lead by example the job is not hard the Main Job IS to deal with theSE dishonest Miserable Gossiping SO CALLED LEADERS WHO Sabotage there employees if you don t allow them to disrespect you and lie on you by calling you out on your name you become a target bottom line they are unhappy soul s If you want to switch shifts after your 90 day with Great Attendance and making all golds per shift they will Block you Good luck to these Losers you can get by but God won t let you get away CARRY ON P S 1ST AND WEEKEND SHIFT ROCKSSS STAY AWAY FROM THEM CIRLESSS STRAWS ON SECOND SHIFT

DO NOT USE KUEHNE NAGEL
DO NOT USE KUEHNE NAGEL I organized a pallet exporting from Northampton to Spain directly with the Leicester office Firstly they requested multiple documents off me which were not required and the staff was extremely rude when asking for these The manager was also aggressive and told me to use someone else when I advised I did not need to complete a customs spreadsheet on excel After reluctantly completing this the pallet took 4 weeks for delivery into Spain which was firstly advised lost I am now using Europa Worldwide and they have been fantastic they are exporting my goods as if it was pre-Brexit The transit time being offered to mainland Europe is between 3-4 days on groupage I would heavily advise to use Europa Worldwide over Kuehne and Nagel Great staff great communication and over anything brilliant service

Very Unprofessional
Super slow we import 5 pallets from FR to UK which has already took 2 months not yet arrived After loads communication with their confused replies I realized their Overland Customs agent who s been handlling the shipment even doesn t know what postponed vat accounting means ridiculous

At the Memphis location
At the Memphis location do not work for this company they love to give the higher paying jobs to women and gay men You will not average 40 hours a week you will only average 28 hours because they send you home early everyday Even though I have experience in certain fields in the warehouse HR encouraged me not to apply for all the jobs the have posted never been told that by a HR Upper management find it funny when they tell us to go home early They don t give you more money when you roll over to full time and you still don t get all of your hours This is the worst company I have ever wasted my time working at It s a few more things wrong with this company but I dont have the time to write all of that Garbage company

The most incompetent transport company
They collected a pallet from our UK address in January 2024 to deliver to Amazon France They still May 2024 have not delivered the pallet to Amazon or returned it to us We are taking a legal action

Tradeshow Nightmare experience
We are a small business in the United States We did an exhibit at fiat in Munich Germany We shipped a large crate of expensive items to exhibit As others have experienced we had to jump through countless hoops filling out forms and lots of emails to get ensure the crate was to be delivered It was but it wasn t until after the show had ended and it was time to pack up the real nightmare started They misplaced our empty crate to pack Back up The instructed us to look for it ourselves We spent 8 hours searching through storage wearhouse buildings with no luck We fortunately found one employee willing to help us They delivered two pallets and some shrink wrap to pack our expensive equipment up These items were shipped to a holding facility where later the following week it was discovered our original crate was discovered Since then we have sent dozens of emails and pictures of what needs to be shipped back to us They are too incompetent the follow up with us to confirm they have all of our stuff It s now been nearly a month and they have gone silent on us with no return emails It s devastating for our small business to have to replace all the equipment lost and they don t have any concern in the matter Lesson learned Never do business in Europe if Kuehne Nagel is involved as a freight forwarder

The worst company i have had to deal with The parcel was lost between 2 countries I tried to track with the tracking number no updates for days Called there and everyone transferred me to another number at the end they gave me the number that was always busy Absolute nightmare These employees must be a joke
