Pretty much the worst customer experience ive ever had
What can I say Delivery was totally messed up They kept changing the date and time then simply turned up and dumped the table I bought not cheaply on the wet pavement outside the flat

Incompetent company
We ordered a motor in Germany and it should be tranported to the canaries For almost 9 months we were told different stories why we have to wait a little longer I checked tracker daily but it seamed the Raben driver enjoyed his time in Spain then returned home with our motor On one point I was told it s delivered yesterday just to find out it was in Barcelona Finally in December they admitted they cannot deliver All these months we thought we are just unlucky but reading all these reviews prove Raben should no be in business with anyone They just useless

I do not recommend this company at all Delivery was delayed on top of that my bed was placed on the street blocking the street even though they were supposed to bring it inside my house I ll give this company a zero very unprofessional

Absolutely disgraceful company
Absolutely disgraceful company paid thousands of pounds for delivery and they messed up by not sending forms out and when they do send them in polish very bad for a big company and bit dodgy Told nearly 19 days for delivery and have sent before through them and messed up first time as well Ended up having to send out delivery back to my distributor after having it for 7 days already and not getting it back for another 4 days New delivery company have it with us within 6 days and do the job properly

You should avoid this company at all cost
You should avoid this company without any doubt We worked with this company for about one year to ship our goods and it has been nothing less than a terrible experience First of all they don t show any respect for the goods with a lot of resends and returns as a result Next they are terrible planners sometimes they pick up to early sometimes to late often they don t show up at all In short you need to have a lot of patience They are also masters in creating additional costs outside your power for example by not showing up but then counting an extra pickup for coming the next day Bottom line if you want a reliable transport company for your deliveries stay far away from Raben

My package was supposed to be delivered
My package was supposed to be delivered on the 18th of April according to the tracking page that day has come and gone the package has been in transit for 12 days absolutely no communication no replies to the couple of emails I ve sent to them asking for an update So now I m just waiting hoping my package will randomly show up A little communication would go a far way

1 star is to much
1 star is to much you need to try to use your space to do something different in my opinion maybe RAben can rent the spaces to something want to work in the real world this a company of comic improvisation absolutely not competent and if after 20 days someone answer to the requests he don t know how to help 25 years of international business and RABEN IS THE WORST COURIER IN THE WORLD i found with a big distance to the second one BAD BAD BAD SADLY BAD

No Customer Service at all I understand that managing a large network across multiple countries can lead to operational complexities This might affect their ability to maintain consistent service quality and responsiveness One thing is for sure I ll never buy anything from a web shop which using Raben Group as a logistic partner
