Unprofessional Dishonest and Aggressive

My experience with Heritage Apartments has been an absolute nightmare Not only did they leave my property in a disgraceful state dirty with unpainted walls disassembled bed frames and missing mattresses but they also completely failed to communicate responsibly Whenever I called to address these issues I was met with shouting and unprofessional behavior To make matters worse they ve now blocked me on WhatsApp cutting off all lines of communication This is completely unacceptable for a company entrusted to manage someone s property Their conduct shows a shocking lack of respect for their clients and their properties I would strongly urge others to avoid this company unless they drastically change their approach to customer service and accountability
