Good and fast communication All emails were answered at the same day Had a few issues such us mistakenly receiving booking confirmation 60 miles away etc But we have noticed this in advance and changed the driving school An other issue we have experienced with HGV was was they never curios why you failed or never curios feedback regarding the driver school they sent you We had to make a formal complain with the driver school after 4 fails The driving school instructor believes the lessons are enough and you are ready for the test and they yo fail and the same instructor suddenly thinks you need more additional lesson You buy more lessons and fail again the training centre starts to chase you to pay again and you start waiting month and month because there is no available test dates due to shortages of examiners You don t drive for 3-4 months and straight to exam After 4 failings and additional lessons it cost me 5 5K in total to have my C E driving licence Probably will spend another 500 for CPC

Good training company will find a area near by to send you to train took me 4 attempts but each time was offered to use a pass protection which help save money

Great support all over Helped me with everything just be careful to ask all details in beginning such as the pass protection which is never included unless you ask for it Other than that I recommend this company

I liked the way it was all handled from the beginning they take care of your needs and you just have to be there when required It started with some set back on my first test date that was changed a week before but all was resolved by Paige with reassurance going forward Overall it was a good experience

It was great to work with the company started in jan 24 and completed theory and practical driving CPC and HIAB training by 16 march 24 good all round communication always there when i had questions to ask would recommend to any friends or family to use this company Staff friendly and happy to help

This hgv training agency was very helpful and flexible they organised my training around me I sent them my shift pattern so I could train on my days off it took longer than expected but that was only because of the DVLA strikes A big thanks to Mat who was organising my training days I know it wasn t easy but we got there in the end and I m all fully trained on the class 1 passed everything 1st time No going back now

Money for the whole training was a bit much but the result at the end what the effort Hgv training centre staffs are awesome they are so supportive and helpful with constant following up and checking on their candidates Thank you guys for all that you did

HGV Training Centre was very helpful in getting me trained up and passing my tests Whenever I had any issues or questions they responded very quickly and sorted me out However I cannot give them 5 stars as there were some delays in the booking process

Communication is great All bookings are made as promised Downside the anticipation that the course is fast track and will be done in 7 days yet it s not the case as many other things are involved before being able to start driving HGV is disheartening Guess proper time lines are required helps with customers expectations

The training given was good though I had a few issues that were later rectified after a repeated fight The literature provided is excellent and the training itself Your fishermen need to make adjustments they re not very nice They ll whip their would-be clients into their net especially if you happened to have paid a deposit The fact that you re not allowed to withdraw eg after i had paid about 2000 I was told if I withdrew l would only get 283 back This is nusty The other is the expiration of 1 year mean the expiry of client s money which has been in your account for a year earning you interest Only if you remedy these you are number one
