Respectful kind thoughtful At such a sad time of losing my dad I felt that the team were so helpful and made a sad day beautiful it was unhurried calm the service and the graveside was peaceful Helen Hannah did all the service and was very helpful kind and compassionate thank you to you all

Kind and professional staff most beautiful setting

Thank you for making a difficult process easier and holding my hand throughout I experienced kindness and compassion in all interactions from every team member I dealt with and you were always responsive to my queries - no matter how small Mum s burial was conducted with both professionalism and care The meadow where she lays is tranquil and - perhaps oddly - a pleasure to visit I look forward to coming back to tend her plot and to see her tree grow once it is planted I am so very grateful that we were able to lay Mum to rest in such a peaceful and welcoming setting and that we were allowed to gather freely by her graveside after the burial in the sunshine to lay flowers play favourite songs and to say our farewells privately and without the confines of a formal service Thank you

The entire process All of the team were helpful and courteous at such a sad time in our lives From the gentleman on reception desk sorry don t know his name Hannah Helen and especially Louise Ryenolds- our lovely celebrant Everyone contributed to making this a wonderful ceremony and experience for our family in order to lay our mum to rest and do her proud

Excellent treatment from professional

Excellent treatment from professional and kind staff who really went the extra mile We were given as much time as we needed and we re not left to feel rushed or hurried at all We spoke to 3 different funeral companies but none of them made us feel confident and looked after on what was a heartbreaking day As soon as I called yourselves I was able to relax knowing I d found the right company

The staff at Woodlands were friendly and efficient They responded to our requests and communications swiftly making everything seem easy The day itself went well without a hitch Everybody especially praised the slides show of photographs which was perfectly timed to the music

The staff were kind and considerate At a difficult time the fact that the staff were always on hand to assist helped with the decision-making and planning The venue was ideal for the memorial service and there was no pressure on time

Robert was very understanding and patient Did not mind repeating how things work The funeral itself went off smoothly and with due respect Everything we asked for was put in place Altogether a good experience at a difficult time

From the moment we entered the building we were treated with respect and compassion by the staff We were met by Katie who helped guide us with the arrangements for our Son s funeral We had a rough idea of what we wanted Katie honed it into a very nice service that on the day was handled smoothly and professionally

Just Perfect

All the members of staff at Hinton Woodlands were friendly helpful and supportive throughout Particular thanks to Rob Carey who had such care and compassion and went above and beyond to make the whole funeral exactly according to our wishes Everything went perfectly Claire Bishop as Celebrant was a great choice for us The grounds are beautiful calm and peaceful and a very special place for someone to be laid at rest I d highly recommend Hinton Woodlands without reservation

Everyone involved was lovely and very respectful All the arrangements were made easy and this meant that we were able to celebrate mum s life in a relaxed dignified and peaceful way I felt that our wishes were listened to at all stages which meant that we were able to plan the funeral that we wanted rather than being forced to conform to tradition The venue is comfortable and the grounds were very pleasant and we were blessed with a beautiful day
