Fridge freezer

The fridge freezer was delivered with no instruction b ok It was making a loud clicking noise when turned on from the freezer area when the engineer came to investigate he found that the internal back panel was loose Ice making function did not function The ff comes up with a fault code called yhe engineer out again he was not really sure of itd problem it dies not freezer properly even set at -24c Problem is still on going would not recommend this product at all

Advisor quite rude

I recently rang to discuss about my leaking washer this is the second tome I have had to call I was passed three times to different advisors and had to reexplain the reason why I was calling The third advisor I felt wasn t really listening to me and generally quite rude I finally got round to getting an engineer booked to come out and look at my washer to receive a confirmation text a few days later for a completely different date to what was agreed on the phone Which is not helpful when I am trying to plan my diary so I can get the issue looked at as it s constantly leaking when being used and damaging my property

Dishwasher is mediocre

Dishwasher is mediocre Cutlery tray at top of dishwasher means large glasses can t be washed Standard dinner plates cannot be washed without moving too rack up a level further restricting the size of cups glasses that can be washed on top rack Dishwasher tablets often do not eject properly from the tablet tray Door of dishwasher feels flimsy Overall disappointed with this purchase would not recommend

Not satisfied

Fabric conditioner goes in on wash cycle instead of final rinse Phoned customer service was told this happened to another customer same model Engineer sent round for said customer and I was told this is meant to happen no it isn t So if you want clothes to smell nice you have to wait until final rinse to put conditioner in Long 3 hour wash cycles on cotton but this seems to be the norm these days If you like to see your clothes getting washed you can t because of black tinted cover on door You can change the programmes to your desire temp spin speed and save as favourites which is a good feature

Tv 43 generally bad In adv bilioon collors on the screen its nothing better ss my old another tv Literally not worth money Bought for promo price For full price is no worth In adv upscaling is ai supported and is superb In real upscaling doesn exist Matched with samsung tv Vidaa is freak Sluggish Never again even promo price

Product went faulty in warranty period

Product went faulty in warranty period waited 8 weeks so far for a repair 1 repair failed and 3 engineer appointments cancelled on the day with no notice No one at Hisense can help no managers available to resolve complaints or offer any help staff apologise but dont do anything different or offer a soloution Update - Offered a uplift and exchange or refund by Hisense via original retailer Went back to curry s and upgraded to a alternate brand after the poor service received didn t feel confident in the product or after care Pleased they finally sorted it out and only a week to wait for a new dishwasher after almost 2months since original call Shame No call no apology or at least a little understanding of the problems we ve had But at least they sorted in the end so Upped my rating from a 1 to 2 star

Hisense GM663XB 4 Burner Gas Hob

Hisense GM663XB 4 Burner Gas HobBought from Marks electrical Good looking gas hob with wok burning feature which I was looking for Good size cast iron racks for bigger pans and you can easily fit in four pans at the same time - Main gas burner shuts itself off for no apparent reason - possibly dangerous Gas burning is very loud in comparison to my old hob it gives high pitched sound that is annoying There is also a electric buzzing sound coming from inside the hob it is intermittent and when it tap the hob it disappears Very strange Overall I m not entirely happy and would not buy againg

Lots of options but not the ones you need

Bought WFGC101439VM washing machine via Currys It seems to have lots of programming options the main reason I selected it But it doesn t have the ones I need and am used to Generally but with bedding in particular I found the normal wash programmes left detergent residues This caused itchy nights and skin rashes I unfortunately have sensitive skin The extra water option doesn t seem to help I have to use the rinse programme after the wash But the rinse programme doesn t allow a spin above 800 rpm So after the rinse I have to use the spin programme 3 manual steps for each wash With my previous machine which died after 13 years I could do it in one step by selecting an extra rinse and the required spin speed

It s so annoying it keeps flashing up

It s so annoying it keeps flashing up with a fault code and stops and then goes back to nearly the beginning of the cycle I left it on overnight but when I got up the next morning it had stopped five minutes into the cycle It does it all the time I m so disappointed

Hoover

Hoover - cordless Does not pick up much at all Have to use my main hoover to pick up properly Very disappointed as have a number of large kitchen appliances by Hisense which are great
