Hisense makes no sense

55 Hisense TV bought just over 2 years ago has failed - power light comes on but blank screen only Referred to Currys where it was purchased and Hisense themselves who referred me to independent Repairtech company Both advise that problem is terminal as parts unobtainable Therefore I have a scrap TV after just 2 years Buyer beware - Hisense TVs make NO SENSE - buy a better brand Made in China with components of limited lifespan Complete rip-off cowboy outfit

Purchased a HI Sense TV in March 2022

Purchased a HI Sense TV in March 2022 registered the warranty and in March 2024 the TV refused to power on Got in touch with Hisense as it had a 2 year warranty and registered provided all the details they requested and they refused to repair the TV They now want a copy of the invoice from studio co uk for the purchase What was the point in registering the warranty in the first place Just trying to get of repairing a TV in warranty Update I sent you all the details and you have a photo of the white label with the bloody production date of the unit and if you use your system properly then you should be able to see where the tv went from production to warehouse to which company This is complete fraud and total ripoffUpdate2 No has been in contact but rather a random message has been left here

Hisense customer support is appalling

Customer service is appalling My dishwasher failed three times since I bought it two years ago The first time in the first three months they replaced it The second time just over a month ago they repaired it The repair immediately failed with the same fault and they had to repair it a second time The process of getting a service engineer in was just awful I get through to the booking system of their subcontractor Pacifica easily enough I received a confirmation text of the date Then twice my date was cancelled the day before due to engineer sickness and they automatically rescheduled to dates on which I wasn t available and had to call them to change the date For the dates which were not cancelled they sent me around 8pm the night before a stupidly specific time window for the engineer 07 59 to 10 59 on the first repair 07 30 to 09 16 for the second On the first occasion the engineer arrived 30 minutes after the end of the three hour window I was irritated but well OK The second time with a supposed 09 16 deadline he arrived SIX HOURS late So I was stuck at home all that time making call after call It took all of those six hours and maybe 15 calls to get through to the Pacifica Service Desk Sorry your call cannot be completed at this time Please call later Not even the Pacifica central service could get through to them Neither the engineer nor anyone at Pacifica thought to send me an update text or call and certainly no-one apologised The engineer was downright grumpy at my complaint about the six hour delay I wasn t aggressive and didn t raise my voice He hadn t tested the machine the first time he repaired it so he said he would drop by in a quarter of an hour or so after another nearby call to check the washing cycle was working OK this time He didn t of course However it looks as if the machine is now OK Fingers crossed I know Hisense is a cheapo Chinese brand but I would avoid them for the awfulness of their customer service I suspect they mean well Hisense staff are very helpful but their subcontractor Pacifica is a disaster

Extremely rubbish customer service

Extremely rubbish customer service unless u want to pay a visit to Hell buy anything from Hisense never ever buy anything from Hisense speaking from my own experience with them bought a Hisense American Fridge and Freezer through AO which is leaking river of water without stopping and the customer service and engineers r so incompetent and liars that they say something else to your face and wrote a whole different report My laminate floor is expanding because of the water the fridge is leaking no hope of help at all but expecting worst from the customer service poorest awful customer service proper traumatic experience I m going through trillion or infinite minuses and then a 0 star

Hisense dishwasher - AVOID

Have a hisense dishwasher problems with it from the start seal came off the door after a month which we stuck back on Then after a few months the door warped so we called customer service had to wait over a month for an engineer Then a couple of months later the heating element went The engineer company hisemse use are absolutely useless we ve already been waiting another month for this visit and they didn t turn up Now another 2 week wait Do not buy hisense They won t refund until the engineer comes out and deems it unrepairable But the engineer won t come

Rubbish Warranty Service

We bought a fridge freezer for our garage The manual states It may not work properly if it is left in a temperature above or below the SN or ST temperature range This manual needs correction as it does not work at all Because it was int the garage and could have been outside the temperature range they refused to fix it under warranty Now I have to take legal advice about it

Disgusting company

Disgusting company Waited for repair for 3 months extended our warranty and then told us due to it being refurbished which they confirm via phone warranty was with them that no warranty Never EVER buy Hisense

Rude unhelpful customer services woman

Ok I purchased a fridge freezer through very which broke a month after my extended warranty making it 4 years and a few months old Under the consumer rights act I m actually covered up to 6 years in England if it s a manufacturers fault which this clearly is as it s being well looked after So very wasn t being helpful whatsoever but that s another review So looking through my trouble shooting manual there was a number for hisense themselves Phoned them and went through an automated service until help out of warranty option came up Finally after being on hold for what seemed like forever a lady answered I explained the whole very situation with her and I only actually wanted to speak to an engineer or someone who may have had an idea of the issue as it states out of warranty service helpline WELL I could not believe the response I got from the lady I was speaking to her words where exactly this as I wrote it down you need to speak to the original retailer as it s nothing to do with us me yes I already have but I m getting nowhere and saw the helpline phone number hence me reaching out to you her reply well I don t no why your bothering to phone this number as it s the original retailer you need to speak to not us as you never purchased it directly from us me again yes I understand that but as explained I ve tried but I m getting the run around senseless with very so was hoping I could speak to someone with knowledge about the freezer as any help would help her reply again No And I don t know why your phoning this number and then hung up on me I was totally stumped as never in my life have I had a customer services person go on in the manor she did So basically if you purchase a Hisense product and it breaks down they are more than unhelpful rude beyond belief and think the consumer rights law doesn t apply to them as I explained all about that to her to But in law it s very who need to sort it out but OMG They are like talking to a brick wall to So thanks for nothing Hisense and sort your customer service agents out as their manors are none existent

Avoid Hisense

Bought Hisense dishwasher 12 22 It stopped draining 11 23 i had 7 appts for repairs only once did anyone arrive I got AO Com involved they got me a refund and I purchased another make dishwasher Hisense customer service is dreadful AO customer service outstanding

If your machine breaks don t expect it to be resolved quickly mines taken 8 weeks and counting

It s taken nearly 2 months to repair my washing machine and I still have no clarity of when it s going to get fixed The time for an engineer to come out is circa 10 days The replacement parts were supposed to take 1 week but there has been no clarity from Hisense as to where they are After chasing up the call centre numerous times the response is the same call back in 1 - 2 days In hindsight it would have made more economic sense to just get a new one instead of paying for a laundry service or to get a washing machine from a company that can repair or replace the washing machine within a period of less than 2 months
