Bought a Hisense washing machine march 2023 A fault developed on the door seal so I claimed on the two year warranty Two months later my washing machine is still not repaired because supposedly they cannot get the spare required I questioned if they could not repair the product then under there warranty they should replace it To be told the fault was not now covered under warranty but they would extend my warranty by 3 months and repair it now free of charge and give 30 compensation once the repair was completed Which is a bit like the sign in my local free beer tomorrow because with this company tomorrow never comes Please do not purchase a product from this company and expect it to last more than 12 months or any after service warranty to be honoured terrible company to deal with

Products made to break
Trash company doesn t stand by their products and their products are built to BARELY outlast the very stingy 1 year warranty in the USA which is where I am Got a Hisense smart TV 1 year and 2 months ago A few weeks ago the TV forced me to do a software update and never worked again Spoke to CS on the phone they said they can t do anything because I m 2 months out of warranty Spoke with them via email and they said the same so I asked to have it elevated to a supervisor and was told I d be contacted within a day That was 12 days ago and they stopped responding to my emails Would never purchase a Hisense again I ve already thrown it out and bought a TV from Amazon that has a 4 year warranty and the sound quality blows the Hisense tv out of the water

I had contact with Gabriela through email about problem with the conection with my washingmashine and the ConnectLife app She was so Nice and helpfull asked me question so she could think of what could be wrong and came with suggestion on what to do so it would work again She didn t give up and after some back and forth conversation she found a solution
