Small 55 plus community loves it

As the web master by default since I am a retired computer company program manager for our very small 42 unit 55 plus condo community we needed an easy to set up and use web site HOA Express filled that need and more and for very little impact on our HOA dues Most used pages are the community directory calendar blast communications and parking lot folders for our financial and committee reports the community directory makes creating hard copy versions of the directory easy and greatly appreciated by older residents who are still happier using a telephone book to call their neighbors The calendar makes condo community event posting easy and individuals who wish to reserve the club house post their claim to the resource there as well Reaching all residents quickly is a snap with blast communications and i have given privileges to all residents to use this feature Finally all legal and important documents are filed in folders on the web site for all residents to review if desired I am only using a few of the features offered since our community is so small but love the overall ease of use and the positive impact it makes on our community

Very poor customer service They are afraid to speak to the customer

I am the web developer for an association of over 300 HOAs in Arizona I have been developing HOA websites for over a year using hoa-express I have found the recent support to be very slow I receive glib answers which only make the issue worse I have chosen to no longer utilize their services

Best website builder for my condo association

After exploring Wix and Go Daddy website portals I decided that HOA Express was most appropriate for building my condo association website It was definitely the right choice While costing a few dollars more per month than the others it is well worth it for several reasons the platform is tailored to homeowner or condo associations so all the needed pages and member rosters are designed for such users so there is very little design needed and the data on members and documents are simply loaded into the existing pages While I am comfortable with computers and standard software I didn t know anything about building a website and was very anxious to take it on for fear of it being too complex and time-consuming Neither was the case It was simple easy and quick From start to finish I had it done in just over a week of part time work But that s not the best of it The best surprise was the technical support that I received from Meredith through the online chat It started with an onboarding call where she introduced the platform and since I had spent 3-4 hours already exploring and testing the site she answered all of my questions easily and all of the features that I wanted and needed on the site were already there But what happened in the following 10 days was what made all of the difference to me Meredith kept our chat open and responded almost immediately to all of my many questions sometimes late into the evening with clear and concise answers and screenshots to make it easy for me to resolve my questions and complete whatever task I was working on She was patient knowledgeable very responsive and totally clear on her answers and helped me deal with a couple of unique issues that she could easily have passed on I am shocked by how easy it was to set up the website so quickly and by Meredith s great support She treated me like I was her only customer and made me feel totally comfortable in administering the site going forward I urge any HOA or Condo Association readers of this comment to select HOA Express for building their website You will be glad that you did

Excellent product extremely easy simple to configure and set up a full blown trial prototype Board and members are very enthusiastic for new site launch coming soon HOA Express support has been excellent very responsive and flexible with intuitive site admin portal and well written help documentation
