Too expensive

Our room was nice but the price was ridiculous We looked it up online before going Price was around 199 00We were shocked when the bill actually come to 330 00 I think that s absurd for a one night stay less than 12 hours I use to love these hotels but I believe this was my last stay Avid hotels right next door was only 150 00Another good thing gone away I was about to fall asleep driving or I would have went elsewhere Don t see how Hilton can justify 330 00 for one night one room Absurd

Brighton Tower 1808

Brighton Tower 1808 - 3 Bedroom In Myrtle Beach Had broken chairs on the balcony A C did not cool the unit when it was hot out TV remotes in the bedrooms did not work was not cleaned well there was shorts or a black shirt beside the washing machine and wall owner did not pay the association fee at the Embassy for us to be able to go swimming which is in the rental agreement that we can swim there A lot more things were wrong with the unit and I sent an email to Big Fish Rentals and they replied by saying thank you for telling us I gave a 2 start review because of being on the ocean and it was a beautiful view The vents are caked with dust I was very disappointed in how dirty it was

Night mare break

We book a room in a boarding house which it said we had bed and breakfast clean and friendly parking available which was bull there was no parking no breakfast but with the state of the room we wouldn t have had it we come home on Thursday morning we just stayed 3days and not 5 days we let them know all about our experience we have had to put up with and sent photos of the dirt and shower bottom break with a peace of it sticking up the got in touch with the someone and they sent me a reply from the boarding house lady saying I was lying and it s a fraud plus I need to learn how to spell don t know what that s to with matter so they said that all they can do it down to her if she want to refund them two day don t they go out and check places they showing cos I sent photos of everything but still advertise it just taken of breakfast I will NEVER go with home -to- go please keep away

Pass the buck company

Agree completely regarding this company I made a booking for dates shown as available only to be told after they had taken full payment from me I was offered a room in the hosts house I refused this ludicrous offer and requested full refund which was told it would be processed in 48 hours I then received an email stating 2 to 7 days then a further email stating 10 working days Including Easter Bank holidays this would result in a 3 week wait I would advise anyone to avoid this company at all cost as other reviews state they just pass the buck

Non contact for issues

Used this service recently and all good until I m here at the property I booked and they have NO record of payment and charged my credit card another 1 000 Tried calling merchant and emailed them like they suggested and also tried to do live chat but no humans available they stated Dissatisfied with the non connect for problems Luckily the front desk clerk did some investigating and found the hiccup Never again due to the non contact problem

We booked our holiday through HomeToGo

We booked our holiday through HomeToGo We booked in Euros and paid the deposit on a euro credit card However when the final payment was taken it got converted to Pound before back to euros I contacted HometoGo when initially took ages to reply then they had to contact Novosol as even though we booked through HomeToGo they are just the middle man Novosol were very hard to contact also and 6 weeks later the reply was you booked in pounds so they couldn t help It s a shame as I won t be booking with them again as any problems take to long to resolve

Failed to tell us that we were on the 4th floor Fine for me but if you re not healthy you won t get the bags up No lift Failed to send us the code Had to ring and get it Failed to tell us which apartment Had to ring to get it Failed to tell us the wifi code Had to ring to get it They advise they will send you the info 3 days prior Just didn t happen Nice unit but poor service and if you re not fit you won t get to unit 4 They don t tell you that

Following my previous review after a number of emails I then received very good service from a senior member of the staff acknowledging apologizing and immediately rectifying the situation my refund was in my bank within 2 days They can do it but need pushing
