Following my previous review after a number of emails I then received very good service from a senior member of the staff acknowledging apologizing and immediately rectifying the situation my refund was in my bank within 2 days They can do it but need pushing

Depending on where we book

Depending on where we book the price shown is usually lower but when we click on a location that we like the price almost doubles and looking into this the price for maintenance and owner s fees are extremely high Not sure how this can be fixed but it s a big deterrent when looking for affordable vacation spots

A Fantastic Spanish Holiday

We have just returned from a two week holiday over Christmas and New Year arranged through HomeToGo and their partner Novasol After I booked the holiday I read some negative reviews and worried that I had made a mistake However far from it Everything went smoothly and the villa we stayed in was fantastic There were no problems with any arrangements and we have come away with some brilliant memories
