Great team

I inherited my house which needs some work carried out on it and along the way as a single women of a certain age I have come across a few cowboys and charlatans so I tried trust pilot and came across this company and I have been more than satisfied But I d really like to say the team of two lads Paul and Chris are an asset to the company Paul kept me informed and both Paul and Chris were polite respectful and professional Both had extensive knowledge of the work in hand which was finished off to a high standard Hope you get these two to do your damp proofing

Happy with the Service

Happy with the service throughout Initial survey and quote was pleasant and well conducted The team where delayed slightly due to weather but that s understandable this time of year When they did arrive they where courteus and clean Overall very happy with what has been a very stressful situation

Highly recommend this company

Have used this company twice now and would highly recommend I cannot sing Jack and Harvey s praises enough They came to remove and replace a damaged external rendered wall and also re plastered a water damaged internal wall I was very impressed with how neat they kept the working areas especially dealing with so much dust They were on time and friendly and I was really pleased with the finished job Thanks again

The Surveyor explained every part of the survey in a clear and honest way He was very pleasant and approachable and we were able to ask him about all our concerns and questions and he satisfied us and reassured us We are confident that his survey was thorough and that all work suggested is necessary and that it will be carried out in a professional and efficient manner by your team

John and John were amazing

Home Build Surveying company were great They provided a reasonable quote and discussed the works with me extensively beforehand and as they went along great communication and customer service team John and John the contractors were amazing and I would highly recommend them to anyone They were prompt professional and very friendly They carried out works to tank render and plaster my wall and I couldn t be happier with the result They explained the process as they went along were very clean and went over and above to help fix little snags to make the end result perfect thank you so much

Highly recommend

Our initial with Michael was super helpful he went around the house to check everything then broke it down into bits for us let us know what was most urgent and what could wait which we really appreciated to spread the cost a bit We didn t hear much from the back office in between which was a bit disappointing however the two guys who came to do everything Jack and Harvey were excellent They got everything done on a timely manner would move furniture that was in the way put it back after and explained everything to us Jack went above and beyond to make us feel informed about what they were doing For context we had a lot of damp in our walls so they had to replaster put a whole damp course on coat the plinth and bare bricks Highly recommend the company

Really impressed with the surveyor

Really impressed with the surveyor He not only looked at what we called him out for but did a thorough investigation It could have been a marketing ploy but everything he pointed out was correct The work team were pleasant and helpful On time clean and tidy Our house is circa 1900 so threw up a few problems which I m happy to say the team was able to handle Overall a really good experience

Excellent service and high quality outcome

Excellent service from the very complete and professional survey to the team who completed the work Jack and Harvey who worked on our house were fantastic They were diligent hardworking and a delight to have onsite They were flexible adjusted the work as needed and were very conscientious and easy to get on with The office when we needed to contact them were prompt and responsive The work has been completed to a very high standard and we are very pleased

Real care taken to get it right

Had a DPC and 2 fans installed in my property the guy I am so sorry I didn t even ask your name came on time explained to me exactly what he was going to do and how long it would take clearly knew what he was doing Had a bit of trouble with the installation of the fans but got there in the end and I could see he genuinely cared about doing the job right and even offered to come back another day to finish the job if it wasn t done in the 2 days but didn t have to in the end Really happy with the work that was done Did a great job cleaning up too took old skirting boards away after asking me if I wanted them Overall brilliant job both lads were great can recommend

Damp Course Replacement

Elliot and Jay-Jay came to renew our damp course Excellent workers Very pleasant people to speak to about our requirements Nothing was too much trouble Clean and tidy when working and barely stopped for a break Not a job I was looking forward to having done but they made it as painless as possible I wish they lived nearer to me as I would use them for other jobs
