Your workers Jack and Harvey were quiet polite and very helpful throughout the process of putting in the damp course They arrived an hour before work began and left the place clean We would definitely recommend the company to other people a very good experience

I m really pleased with the rendering work done on my house Matt took the time to explain everything in detail and patiently answered all my questions Chris and his team were friendly and hardworking despite the challenging weather they had to deal with They kept me well informed throughout the process The cleaning and preparations work were thorough although there was a bit of mess initially They tidied up at the end of each day and did a major cleanup once the job was finished Already two of my neighbours have commented on how much better it looks and asked for contact details I highly recommend Matt Chris and the team for their excellent work and professionalism They ve made a real difference to my house and I couldn t be happier

The service I received from start to finish was exemplary Bob who undertook the initial survey was trusted by us from the outset and we felt looked after immediately in a positive way Chris and Louie who undertook the work were brilliant They are both a credit to your organisation Service was flawless and was stress free I would recommend this company wholeheartedly and without reservation I have already passed on their details to a friend and colleague at work

Yellow Door Victorian House

This is the first stage week of building works on my victorian house from Home Building Surveying company At the beginning there was a little cross communication of the works agreed to be done I am relieved to say there was no animosity or falling out between ourselves Instead the office and our wonderful builders Jack and Harvey have been obliging tentative and accommodating to say the least Jack and Harvey in particular are great They have so far done an absolutely brilliant job and have gone the extra mile to ensure the works are carried out to a high standard considering the complexities of the works involved - ie repointing filling repainting etc What I appreciate with these guys are they constantly keep me in the loop at every level of the works Watch this space as regards to the next and possibly final stage level Bye bye for now Maureen

An excellent Job

After a rain interrupted start of the process Paul and Chris were sent around to complete the task Both were perfectionists who took an immense pride in the work they did Nothing was too much trouble with the result that the completed coating of my property looks immaculate I cannot at this stage say whether or not the product will last the 10 years guarantee but if the diligence taken in its application is anything to go by I m confident that it will I cannot fault The Home and Building Surveying Company in making available all resources necessary for an excellent result

Very professional and respectful of my property Some of the work was messy but was left immaculate so hard to tell that any work had been done Helpful advice provided about the prevention of future problems Would recommend to others
