Such a helpful company The guys that called me were really friendly and helpful then the guy that came out was the same They couldn t help on this occasion as the area was small and they only really do whole houses however he checked most of the house before he left to make sure it was a localised problem and then gave me some recommendations and what to ask for Brilliant and helpful service What great guys

Stuart came out to look at a chimmney that had an area if damp He was extremely honest and kind and said this would be too small a job for the way the company worked as they would normally do more rooms rather than one small area I am incredibly grateful for the approach and advice It s very refreshing to have such a genuine person help out

Stuart came out to give me a quote on a renovated property with some issues raised by the survey He was prompt polite kind and generous with his time and explanation He advised some precautions and gave a reasonable quote for installation of these An excellent advertisement for his company I surely will use this company if I decide to have these works done

We had a good job done by THBSC who carried out the damp proof works on our house Credit to Dan Jack who spent a few days working on our house everything was done to a good standard and they were tidy with it too Extra mention to Dan who talked us through the process and even helped us avoid unnecessary work that the surveyor had recommended in their report which resulted in reduced costs for us So his experience was invaluable All in all very happy with the works carried out and looking forward to being damp free as can be

They Mason and his assistant were very helpful polite knowledgeable and professional Great job and left my property clean and tidy However I need to wait a month before the internals walls are repainted to see the end result of the work which was done on the outside walls So I hope that the money paid is worthy and I have my happy ending of the penetrating damp problem in my property

They ve just completed work on our house today and we re really pleased with the outcome Chris and Martin are absolute professionals and did a brilliant job They take great pride in their work and cleaned up after themselves every day they were here-work ethic that s sadly not seen enough these days We can t recommend them highly enough they re truly brilliant

No issues at all and a great job provided Survey was quickly booked and details provided were clear and helpful I managed to get a survey on one week and the work completed 3 day job the next Pricing was fair for most items on the quote especially in comparison to sole trader quotes received that were at least twice the price for half the work The team who fulfilled the work were great too Punctual polite happy to lend advice and run through the process thorough and tidy too There are proof processes built into the job too such as pictures of complete work for evidence and a property job walk around to ensure all aspects of the quote were conducted and to the appropriate standard which is great for the customer I would recommend to anyone suffering damp issues and with a 20yr warranty guarantee perhaps for certain jobs like mine rising damp this provides a peace of mind which is only a good thing Happy overall and I do recommend
