An absolutely excellent experience

An absolutely excellent experience having damp proof and remedial works carried out on our house Jack and Harvey are both meticulous in their workmanship and are thoroughly pleasant humans They did an amazing job and helped us to feel like our house is finally becoming the home we hoped it would be Thank you so much to them both for all of their hard work We cannot recommend them highly enough

Jack and Harvey were absolutely fantastic They were efficient and made sure they didn t miss anything They showed me on a daily basis the jobs completed and what was left They left no mess and went above and beyond I couldn t be happier Would definitely recommend Thank you guys

Great all round experience

Great all round experience We saw about four other damp specialists before these guys and home building and surveying were by far the best and most reasonably priced one company tried to quote us 18 000 to damp proof one room The survey was incredibly thorough resulting in a comprehensive report Everything was very clearly explained to us and the people who came to do the work were friendly polite and probably left the house tidier than when they got there Have recommended them to my neighbours

Excellent team Jack and Harvey worked hard all week and were happy to explain everything they were to do each day and then carried it all out efficiently and to a high standard I would be happy to recommend them and the company to anyone

Great service from beginning to end From the initial meeting with the surveyor who was very professional gave us good advice from the findings of the survey to the team Ryan Shea who did the work went above beyond to get the job done to a high standard Thanks so much

Faultlessly Professional Service

Had a great experience with Home Building Surveying Company Jake was really helpful over the phone and with setting up our appointment and when Richard the surveyor came to view our property he gave a full and frank appraisal of our problems and how we could solve them He managed to explain everything in the language of the layman and obviously knew his stuff Would highly recommend

Product was really well described Fitting took 2 hours and was really mess free due to care taken by installer He was polite and efficient Product is really quiet and only a very low hum that you really have to concentrate to hear Condensation has disappeared so far and I hope that continues into this winter Very pleased with the results so far Glad to recommend

Professional from start to finish The lads that arrived to do the work were respectful polite happy to explain things They both worked diligently went the extra mile cleaned the guttering and filled a few defects in the brickwork They both clearly took pride in what they do checking and rechecking measurements to ensure the job was done properly Thank you both
