Worst shopping and customer experience

Worst shopping and customer experience had so far in my life Maybe wasn t my luck but bought the dining table on 17th Sep Latest delivery day was 30th Sep After got updated delivery will arrive on 3rd October Till today I haven t received Contacted customer service week ago they just do back and forth Been fed up and just now cancelled order No kit shopping from Home Essentials I m not saying they not good but my experience was not good enough

This company is owned by n brown group plc they are in trouble on shares market their answer to this is hike interest the interest was 36 5 year 2000 this year interest has gone up to 59 5 Best thing you can do is do not let your credit go up otherwise the interest hike is to make your account unaffordable meaning your payement will go on longer or stay away from this group do your check first Trying to clear their account and close it after speaking to fca

Avoid total scam took money and then cancelled order due to being refused credit i have good credit so i have no idea why refused especially as i never asked for credit and paid in full by card no explanation as too why it was cancelled or why there going on about credit just got told to wait 5 days and someone will send an email

Order something on the 19th August had a lame set of excuses on the 23rd August about not being able to fulfil the order further email on the 25th with different reasons as to why they couldn t provide the item Still haven t had a refund Luckily it was a cheap item as this is clearly a scam website run by thieves

This is an extremely untrustworthy company who agreed to send me a refund for shoddy goods but are now refusing to pay up DO NOT USE them or their offshoot company Essentials2publik The merchandise is as shabby as the name They have a disgraceful approach and are as dishonest as politicians

Terrible please do not use these they take so much in apr my minimum payment a month is 89 they take 87 apr from that so my balance never goes down I am disabled and on benefits and they won t change it they refuse point blank even after complaints stay clear

I have no recollection of ordering anything from this company Yet yesterday I got a letter in the post saying we did not internal checks when you placed your recent order As a result of these checks we ve had to cancel your order What the Do I call the number on the letter or leave it They have my name but the title was wrong

Getting sick of these catalogues

Getting sick of these catalogues i payed my bill by card today on there crap app to give me an error and still nicking the money twice this has happended now with ambrose wilson and home essentials i aint paying you twice and want this payment tracking when thats the companys fault And when i try to send proof by there god awful app you cant get passed the stupid upload file by device they gonna blame it on my internet connection next they need to sort there aweful app out its nicking there customers money when it gives errors I couldnt care less about late charges they aint getting paid twice
