Easy to order and pretty cheap I ordered a big mirror to hang over the door and it came in one piece - beautiful package The only downside is that they use the worst delivery company ever - Hermes

Overall my experiences with this company have been seamless from an item of clothing to a larger home appliance quality and delivery have been more than exceptional I have only once received a wrongly packaged item but this was returned with no issue

Excellent customer service

I have used this company for many years without fault I had a TV delivered and the screen was damaged large dent obviously peeved I contacted customer services Got through straight away and the product is to be picked up and a replacement dropped off the same day Needless to say I was impressed I hope it does arrive when said admittedly the TV came directly from the manufacturer so no fault with HE The reason for the 4 not 5 is I do think their prices can be a bit high and I think they would benefit from giving members discounts based on useage etc

Bought new pillows duvet and mattress Very happy with the products and the delivery pillows and duvet came separately but arrived a few days later And booked a day for the mattress and was very happy with the whole experience and the updates provide of the when and wheres

I was very confused about the dates

I was very confused with the dates The first date I was given I was asked to pick another which I did Then I got an email with a month after the second one I picked I thought what the hell Then a week later a ring at my door It was the delivery service with my cooker that I wasn t expecting for another month

I was sceptical about using Home Essentials as the price seemed too good to be true I paid less than half price compared to the manufacturers website Item turned up on the date specified brand new as described Can t fault the service Notifications via email at the relevant points

Hetty vacuum cleaner - quick delivery

I wanted a Hetty vacuum cleaner and found one on this site at a reduced price Ordering was straightforward delivery was very quick I do feel customers should get free delivery to their home address when spending over a certain amount not just free to a pick up shop I would order from here again if needed would recommend
