Interest is terrible

My deliveries have always been great the interest is really bad 50 interest so when i pay 50 the interest basically means it will take years to pay the acount balance

Website was easy to use and they had the item I d been looking for in stock slightly more expensive but not overly so Delivery was fairly quick but driver needs to work on his attitude

I ordered a new mattress from Home

I ordered a new mattress from Home essentials and accepted a delivery date but then got an email from the company supplying the item which was 2 weeks later than the original date which was annoying as no reason was given for the date disparity The mattress was delivered on the new delivery date and well within the allotted time The mattress is of great quality so 10 10 on that

Where to start I ve had to be in

Where to start I ve had to be in contact with customer services twice today one because my order has been delayed after paying for nominated delivery and then a second time when I had realized they had double charged my debit card I m waiting to hear back but will most like cancel my order if no progress is made in the next few days and will never ever be using home essentials ever again Update the double payment has been resolved and i ve been refunded for my delivery but still no parcel as evri still keep delaying it and isn t responding to home essentials emails However all the customer service reps have been absolutely lovely

Yet another review about NOT receiving my refund Lost count how many times I ve been in touch and told that my case has been escalated They just tell lies all the time I have proof they have received my return yet still disputing my refund Raging Please don t order from them terrible companyUpdate I have finally received my refund but it was a battle

Just pray nothing goes wrong

This company delivered my order in good condition but it arrived late They emailed me and apologised with the promise of a refund of the next day delivery charge This was never received despite two email reminders which were met with total silence from Home Essentials Be wary of this company If something goes wrong with your order you won t hear from them once they have your money

They send faulty goods customer returns we had a kitchen bread maker delivered that had an pre-opened box with blatant signs of use We returned the item ordered a new one and that one only worked a handful of times Beware of electrical items
