Ordered Christmas present on the 30th November 1st December email to say it had been sent via Hermes Hermes then sent an email couple days later to say there has been a delay in getting the parcel they haven t received it I ve emailed twice and sent messages etc nobody has answered any of it Customer service seems to be abit of a shambles I m not holding my breath getting the parcel Hopefully someone will see this and eventually reply to my emails

I have had some great products from this company but I ordered some items fpr Christmas at the beginning of December 1 item was delayed as it was out of stock it kept getting pushed back eventually it looked like it wasn t coming in time for xmas and then they sent me an email saying her is a discount code for money off I went to use it and it wouldn t work I then reread it and it said it was for clothes and shoes only the thing is Home essentials do not sell those products when I complained i was told I can use their sister brands using my login from home essentials I said that was a rubbish apology but like complaining to nestle about smarties and getting a voucher for some SMA baby milk Then Jane a customer advisor said Hi Michael I m sorry for the disappointment caused we do have offers and promotions feature on our website it won t be long before the next one She obviously never read my complaint in the slightest

I was accepted for credit and have placed and order on 2nd off September it is still processing I tried to contact customer services but was cut off Its now the 8th off September and the order is still processing

Asked for my order to be cancelled and I was told that it would be A day or so later I was told conflicting information and that they could not cancel all of my order I then had to go through the hassle of having the item collected from my home I was told I would be refunded by the end of the week to then be told it would take 3 weeks Employees clearly do not know what they are talking about or the store policies and I find it ludicrous that other companies can refund me within days yet it is taking Home Essentials weeks Horrendous service just make sure you don t need to return anything

Have ordered before and never had a problem always received item within a couple of days However my phone broke and needed a new one quickly so ordered and paid next day delivery 6 days later item is still processing Emailed them on the 2nd day they asked for details not heard a thibg back for the last 4 days Spoke to online chat yesterday and was told the relevent team would contact me within 3 working days Its really not goo enough I paid 6 for next day delivery which is ridiculous when I havent received the item And customer service is absolutely useless Update A week later no item received Contacted live chat no answer just thst I will hear within 3 days Emailed customer services again no answer
