have ordered a lot of lounge furniture

have ordered a lot of lounge furniture recently one of the items had a flaw at the top which we never noticed straight away when i contacted company they were quiet prepared to give me a 10 discount if we sent pics in to them this was not easy for us as we did not know what we were doing on computer OR wecould send item back in packaging this is a 3 door sideboard they want us to send back gave up in the end they can keep the 10 and we will keep the faulty unit not worth the hastle or inconvenience

Ordered a gorgeous petrol blue super king silent knight duvet cover and a leopard print one too the pictures don t the quality and colours justice Very happy with our purchase standard click and collect delivery came super quick and was easy to pick up Will use again and have recommended to many

Excellent service from sales to deliveryOnly negative is having to wait on the day for a delivery slot but the communication was good on the day for the delivery time The guys carried the bed into the bedroom and set it up plus took all the rubbish away

Bought a garden storage shed which arrived yesterday sooner then expected but damaged and a part missing Have tried to make contact with chat phone without success and then sent a email currently waiting for a response Thankfully I ve had a response from them via email the following day and now happy with the outcome

The quality of item was good and came boxed well but only reason i dropped a star was delivery time it said 5 days but i waited 2 weeks but overall i am happy thankyou

Website easy to navigate payment was easily made items are all fairly priced My only gripe was the amount of time it took for the delivery to come but I think maybe that was more down to the courier service that they use not the actual company itself

Shopped with Home Essentials for a couple of years now and have found the service to be excellent quality products easy to find and the convenience of a credit account There is adequate choice but experienced disappointment recently in the sale as a towelling bedcover was out of stock On another occasion a blind went missing in transit This was resolved very quickly with friendly staff and I got another one sent - My last purchase was a decanter set I had been searching for This I bought as a gift in the sale and I m really pleased with it and great value too - Overall would recommend

Had home essentials catalogue for quiet a few years now which is part of jacamo but wish you could use top cashback like u can on there other partner catalogues I think it be more appealing to customers
