An amazing estate agent worth her weight in Gold

Zoe is an absolutely fabulous estate agent We work with Zoe on a number of our conveyancing matters and there is not an estate agent out there that could top her She works exceedingly late to progress her clients as much as possible she always goes above and beyond to get her clients to moving day and I dare say she is the glue that holds a lot of these chains together Not only does she look after her own clients she progresses almost the entire chain just to make sure her clients are not blind sighted with someone pulling out Without her hard work people would be waiting a lot longer to complete than they do in her transactions I could not recommend her more she is bubbly down to earth and will get the job done better than any other agent I know

When I decided to relocate for my work I had to choose an estate agent We know that they don t always have a great reputation but my neighbours had recently moved and everything seemed to happen so smoothly I took their recommendation and called Gianfranco at Hortons From start to finish he was on it He was on time efficient effective and keep the promises he made when he made his pitch in my home Moving forwards three months I m in my new home and I have to thank Hortons and Franco especially for keeping it a stress free and smooth experience If you re selling your home consider Hortons

Do not use anybody else The service from Zoe has been absolutely fantastic we cannot recommend her enough she went above and beyond what any of the solicitors had done Communication was great and she is very professional and very reassuring We had a nightmare exchange and completion but Zoe pushed every step of the way to ensure it went ahead Thanks again Zoe you were amazing

We dealt with Dan Cassidy for the sale of our house and the service we received was outstanding We spoke to 4 estate agents before deciding to use Dan initially the main reason was their marketing strategy This helped us sell our house for a price higher than we expected Added to this Dan was extremely helpful throughout the process and kept the chain moving so we completed on the agreed day Fantastic service I would certainly recommend Hortons

Horton were the agents acting for our seller and James was always very proactive easy to get hold of and would do his best to answer any questions we had We felt supported and informed throughout the whole process and when there were any delays James ensured they were followed up I d definitely recommend Hortons
