Stole money out of my account

The website I was put on crashed I hadnt even realised I had been put on another third party website I recall being on skyscanner at the time I then double booked the same trip with a reliable company only to find out I had been completely ripped off by the original website The hotel was meant to be 260 and they charged 480 out of my account Their customer service is atrocious they told me they couldnt refund me due to the hotel wouldnt refund but when I phoned the hotel they said they were more than happy to I provided the letter from the hotel they asked and they still will not refund my money This company are a disgrace and I wish I knew who they were and where they were based They are complete thieves don t even go on their website and be aware if you are forwarded onto it

Absolute SCAM

Absolute SCAM Wanted 3 days they charged me for 11 I called them immediately then they charged me 177 to cancel their mistake Don t even think about using them it s a total scam

Avoid

Avoid scam with hidden fees hidding behind Guestreservations com legal action should be taken mindbaffeling that both sites still exists and that Bookning hotels com ext are sell rooms to them

Hotel value I do not think

I had exactly the same experience as numerous others Booked a hotel that I have booked countless times before was convinced that it was the hotels site and only after I had accepted the deal entered my card details and pressed enter did the price shoot up and I realised that this was a sub-contractor who charged me a considerably higher amount for admin and other fees On endeavouring to cancel the booking I have been sent to numerous sites none of which seem to work It would now appear from traces that I have done that I would be able to cancel but not get a refund Quite a play of words - yes of course you can cancel but who said anything about a refund

Cheated

I will never use your service again as the tax recovery and services fees were extreme I not only feel cheated but exploited I hope others read all the reviews none of which are positive and companies such as this need to be closed down

Only a 1 star as there is no minus star option Absolutely avoid this company and anyone associated to them They owe me over 1k after tricking me with their hidden fees They should not be allowed to trade Something needs to be done

A morally corrupt company

Unlike any other hotel booking site this company takes your money rather than just making a booking reservation and then refuses to refund it if plans have to change They may have covered themselves legally but they are morally corrupt do not do business with them I logged into the Hilton Hotel website or so I thought and did not realise this site had interrupted my google search until too late my fault maybe but with any other booking company I could have resolved the situation at no cost to me but not these guys

Avoid at all costs

Paid what the hotel rate was advertised at but I was charged tax on top feel totally cheated avoid at all costs I thought I was dealing directly with the hotel website How can they keep getting away with this The email address they use for contacting them does not work the emails bounced back every time
