Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish First class solid advice given at the point of purchase no pushy selling followed by on site visit to check access for hot tub and finally installation The installation team did an amazing job they were all so friendly and approachable and really went above and beyond giving great advice on the use of the hot tub Finally we underwent thorough training on the use of chemicals We are totally thrilled with our new Hot Spring Flair model and would not hesitate to recommend Hot Tub World to any future customers Thank you Hot Tub World

Everything ran really smoothly

Everything ran really smoothly the staff were very knowledgable and helpful the guys that delivered and installed the Hot were great They had to take a fence panel out to get the tub in it s a brand new fence I was slightly nervous but it was out in minutes and back on perfectly Also gave me some really helpful tips and guidance on how to maintain the TubI as delighted with my Hot tub and the service too
