satisfied with service before and after sales

Sales staff are very knowledgable and my husband and I did not feel pressured into buying The engineer who came to do a home inspection was also very informative On the day of the delivery everything went well but I did wait longer than expected for the team to return after filling but was told this had been a communication breakdown and a member of the team came out immediately Overall the staff have been very helpful friendly and have advised me in after servicing help I would recommend hot tub world to my friends and family

We did quite a lot of looking at different hot tub supplies Hot tub were not the cheapest but from ordering through to the after sales hot tub have been brilliant These guys know their stuff Installation team were second to none Remember cheaper is not always the best Hot tub world get 5 stars for each department sales delivery installation and after sales support

We ordered our Hot Tub almost two years ago but have only installed it recently due to delays in the completion of our new house build project I must praise the patience of the team at HTW and then their speed and professionalism in installing the HT to our sub contractors time demands All went smoothly and we are now enjoying the tub virtually every evening Their after sales service has also been good and no question has been deemed stupid 5 stars all round

Seamless process form start to finish Within the first year we had a slight issue with a jet which they came out and promptly resolved
