Amelio Cruz is our favorite owner account manager Since he s been assigned as our manager we have been blessed with tremendous improvement on customer service and our satisfaction He has been compassionate and attentive since he was assigned as our manager and to be honest sometimes we are frustrated or hostile when we call hyrecar with an issue His calm and patient demeanor works well for us because he hears our issue and then makes the necessary follow through to resolve our issues and let s us know of the progress along the way Hyrecar as a service has improved tremendously since we started listing our cars back in 2017 They increased their customer service team improved their website app and have targeted marketing efforts so our cars are steadily rented and earning us money

As a Hyrecar owner it has its ups and downs When I was on the verge of breaking down I was on the phone with the customer support specialist Miguel Corral Miguel stayed on the phone with me for about 15 minutes and listened to me as I voiced my concerns with the driver and the company He gave me some feed back to help me get over this rough patch Needless to say I will continue to rent my vehicles on with the platform Thankyou Miguel
