Having booked a flight from Madrid to Newcastle through Opodo for the 28th March 2020 Iberia showed the flights as cancelled well over one week before the flight date Opodo did nothing There was no way of contacting them I contacted Iberia on the 26th they booked me onto flights on the 28th from Madrid through to Newcastle I can not thank them enough for their help and assistance it this matter Opodo did nothing They told me to go to checkin for the cancelled flights Then on the 29th they sent me an email to claim for the loss of the flights pathetic company Iberia top notch Advice to them and to everybody else do not use Opodo ever

I alwayds fly Iberia as they get better all the time

I fly regularly from Madrid to Miami biz and Iberia gets better all the time The food and wine selection is excellent and the plane is always on time The crew go out of their way to be helpful and I have never had a complaint What more could I ask for

5 star customer service at Madrid terminal 4S

Transferring through Madrid airport on route to Heathrow I had difficulties reaching the departure gate at the S4 Terminal I requested help from a member of the airport staff who escorted me through passport control and the underground transfer system to the departure gate First class service from this unknown employee Without his help I would have missed my flight

I bought a flight with them and it was the first time for me with Iberia First impression looks really good if it wasn t for some problem they have on theyr website every now and then I give 5 star because my flight has been pretty nice and relaxing I ve just been stopped for 20 minutes at the check in but it was because of passport check the girl at the check in was nice and a happy looking worker after that everything been good

Fights changed after cancellation

Called Iberia on 020 3684 37774 - Spoke to a very kind lady which I explained my flight had been cancelled she then very hastily found another flight which was better as my previous was indirect and the new flight was direct Some people may have had bad experiences but mine was okay

So I m taking the time to write this review because most of the time we write something just to complain So for me Iberia was an amazing experience My 2 planes were perfectly on time everything was so smooth and well organised at the boarding moment In the plane food and movies were great as well new movies and vege option Just the online checking was not working but its definitely not a big deal as you can do it at the airport

Awesome food and super Punctual

short trip from Venice to Madrid Traveled business so I cannot asses for non-business But the food was AMAZING keep doing that great of a job Iberia and I ll catch you again next month The whole experience was actually very good A very punctual airline and the crew was professional It took me a bit to check in not sure what the issue was But all else was fine

TOP Claim Management

I was denied boarding ZRH-MAD missed my connection flight MAD-BOG and was rebooked via LHR to BOG on a flight which arrived 12 hours later as originally planned After sending Iberia the claim they just took 4 days to reply and after the 6th day I received a message that they already refunded me EUR 600 00 OUTSTANDING SERVICE

This was absolutely the best airline The customer service was so great The airlines employees were beyond professional and kind The plane was very clean and new The food was the best i have ever eaten on any airline I wish I could get the recipes You will not be hungry two full delicious meals and the snacks to die for Go hungry Went from Madrid to Jfk American airlines should take lessons from Iberia airlines I do not understand how anyone can give them less than 5 stars
