Attention no invoice
Attention they don t send you the invoice You re obliged to call the customer service by phone if you want to see your invoice I lost over 20 minutes and am still waiting for that invoice I think you cannot do worse Cross fingers before taking the flight Even Vueling is the better choice Best would be travel by train easyjet or Lufthansa

Failure to issue a refund after the flight got cancelled
Following cancellation of a flight I booked with you on April 1st 2021 you gave me a verbal confirmation that I will receive a full refund Still waiting for my money Can t manage to get in touch with your company in any way The email you provided Paypal with doesn t seem to be suited for customer requests On the phone I wait for ages to connect to someone Terrible service please refund the full amount immediately

If it was possible to put ZERO I ll do They cancelled my flight 2 days before offering me an alternative that was going to be more that 6 hours after the original They gave me the refund but I had to buy new tickets very very expensive as they were last minute I have contacted them many times for a compensation which they don t respond at all

It s INSANE
It s INSANE I had a flight classic fare change allowed from Madrid to Copenhagen on the 5th of July that I want to postspone until the 12th of july - one week later I HAD to call them and all together it took then 31 MINUTES on the phone to make a MANUAL calculation on an old fashion calculater that I have to pay another 332 EUROS EXTRA to change the flight That prive is HIGHER than booking a new flight on their webpage and double the price compaired to Ryanair better time and including luagge Do yourself a BIG FAVOUR do NOT BOOK AND FLY WITH IBERIA EXPRESS

Couldn t cancel a flight
Ive booked a morning flight instead of an evening flight Saw the mistake imidiatly and contacted the airline call center I was told that their servers are down and they cannot cancel my flight at the moment I wrote them a letter on their website form Responded with incompetence Had to buy a new ticket no refund and no explanation

DO NOT FLY WITH IBERIA They delayed our flight from Manchester to Malaga with a connection in Madrid and instead of making things right left us with 3 kids in Madrid airport with no luggage no hotel and no connecting flight until 15 hours later I am still 7 months later trying to get the reason for the delay from Iberia to allow us to claim on our travel insurance as Iberia are not taking responsibility They have confirmed they delayed and caused the missed connection but won t reimburse us for the missed hotel car hire etc and ignore calls emails and even social media contact

Stay away from this company
Stay away from this company I am traveling systematically last 15 years and this was the worst flight ever In overbooked flight we were delayed for 1 5 hour The crew did not even offer us a cup of water When we reached to our destination we had wait on more in the plane because another plane was having technical problems and was blocking our way Then I was waiting for more than an hour for the luggages

188 for fee free flight change
I have flights booked from Tenerife to Madrid in April I paid extra for comfort plus which includes 1 free change I need to change the outgoing flight to the day before so I called the customer service line only to be told that I have to pay a service fee of 60 per person for them to change it and the flight price difference of 88 The flights cost me 135 and the new flights if I booked them myself only come to 153 I can t change them online myself so how can they charge a service fee for something you are not able to do So they want to charge me 188 for changing 1 flight that I should get free Absolutely scandalous They need investigating
