Ridiculous service Trying to get my heavy package closer to home and they send it to the far away service point Never using again Not recommended Use it if you re fine with not getting your package on time and in the wrong place PostNord is a slow service but way faster than this

The packets don t show up in the mobile app No SMS or push up notifications received No technical support available So can t open the locker And when you try to catch the delivery guy the tracking app tricks you and packes appeared to be delivered almost one hour in advance

Worest ever have been coming and going for like 5 times and its not connecting at all Worest custmer serives ever as well they tried to blame telenor for it and lied about it will never use it again and it wasnt the first time that happened

Box wouldn t open Package returned
The box was stuck closed and wouldn t open no matter what I did I called and they said they d send someone to fix it and message me when it was ready They never messaged so I called back two more times and was told the same thing each time Now the package is being returned and they say there s nothing they can do

Not able to open the box
I was not able to open the box and wrote instantly to customer service who said they would move the parcel to a service pickup location I reminded them three times but the parcel was never moved and DHL says that that were never contacted during this time The parcel is now returned and will be sent again and they will not pay or offer any help for the extra costs that I now have to pay

Box won t open iBoxen couldn t care less
Came here to write about my experience ended up seeing it s a common one with the latest review about the same issue being posted only 9 hours before mine Parcel was delivered to a box that won t open Customer service shows no interest in fixing this I spoke to 5 people 3 of them said they d ask DHL to move the parcel to a pickup point Four days later nothing happened and DHL say they haven t even gotten such request from iBoxen On the 7th day the parcel will be returned to the sender and iBoxen doesn t care to provide help Customer service says it must be an issue with the box yet doesn t even bother to have it looked at I also never get the BankID prompt in the app reported it to them but they don t even try to troubleshoot They seem fine with providing terrible service at this point they may as well get rid of their customer service department that would make no difference

Customer service bad Can t use if international
This service was not very adaptable as it can only be used by Swedish citizens since And because of this an urgent package was delivered but not able to be picked up Delaying the process a week On top of this the customer service representative Regina was very rude I have never experienced something like this before in customer care As I had questions about possible solutions I got responses like If that would be the case I would have told you to do that already or I m just trying to be clear while your trying to do MY job She did respond fast though
