This was the worst experience ever
This was the worst experience ever Please avoid The food is disgusting the service is non existent I don t think this hotel has a clear plan for whom it caters for They re a hostel for young people and not a hotel for families If you are considering stay here please do think again Its loud and staff are hostile I waited 1 hr and 15mins and still haven t been serviced any food The service is the worst

Poor standards
We stayed at the hotel It was way below the standards you would expect They have gone to the texent of removing the kettle And Tea coffee from the times was never available It would become a chargeable commodity If you needed it The corridor ls are dark and dinghy The staff hassle no understanding of what is customer service The location of the hotel is so far off from the city And no transport connections The bath rooms are about 15 years behind the time and requires modernisation The break fast buffet is very limited I personally wouldn t stay in this hotel again There is no courtesy From the staff or want to be helpful I understand this is a budget hotel but there standards are in whole different level If I need to be verified Iam happy to provide booking informations
