Our kids were set to swim somehow we made reservations at an extended stay with no pool Jenna the front desk person called the hotel next door got us in to swim so our 3 children were not disappointed Could have hugged her

I stayed at the holiday inn Express in vidor tx for about a month to all of y all happy Thanksgiving and thank you the kids and I are going to miss it and we are truly blessed I wish everyone many blessings too the kids enjoyed their stay and having a good breakfast before school y all made our stay very comfortable a situation is what you make of it and with a little imagination it can be a great adventure opening your self up for anything opens your world to new beginnings all you have to do is take big breaths and make the best of it and you will see how adventurous it can be thank you again glad we got to have an adventure at such a great place and wonderful people

I ve been writing regularly over the last week about companies where significant effort was required to secure repayments due to me I appreciate people and companies are under a lot of stress at the moment but I found a ray of sunshine today when I contacted the Crowne Plaza in Limasol regarding a cancelled trip due to restrictions imposed by the Cypriot authorities No if no buts The full amount was immediately refunded and a copy of the transaction confirmation provided I m a regular guest of IHG hotels so a bit shout out to the team in Limasol who demonstrated a clear commitment to customer service in these difficult times

I stayed at the Holiday Inn in Clark NJ this place is very clean and safe place to stay at The staff is awesome and well trained They have a food and a small store for snacks at a good price They have a bar if you drink

Crowne Plaza - Gerrards Cross 25 July 2020The staff were very welcoming on arrival the hotel has clearly taken onboard all that is required to keep guests safe during these difficult times Information relating to social distancing markings on the floor and hand sanitiser was readily available throughout the hotel The room was immaculate as usual with Crown Plaza The staff in the bar and restaurant wore masks visors but guest not required to We chose to overnight at the hotel whilst visiting family would normally have stayed with them but didn t want to take any risks We stayed in King Suite 330 very comfy would definitely stay again
