Inclusive movement really is inclusive and amazing
I have been following Justine and Inclusive Movement for about a year now When I learned there was a website opening with full programs I was thrilled I have had so many surgeries and have been given so many barriers to maintaining my weight and flexibility I really thought I was on the path to just sitting everywhere After finding this page and realizing that mobility was attainable for everybody no matter your current fitness level I started to do what I could each day At this point I have lost 160 pounds and still going I tell every single person that sees me and asks what I m doing about this absolutely wonderful page program Thank you for creating a place that is safe and really designed for everyone It s not just a person in the back going slower than everyone else this is legitimately the best program I have found in my years of the struggle

Best program for bad knees
I ve had five knee surgeries so a lot of exercises are off-limits for me I have been using Justine s program for several months now and I have increased my strength and mobility without hurting my knees I m really grateful that I found this program

Justine has really made it better and easier for those with any physical limitations to still feel confident in any activity She offers levels that meet you where you are This is huge in the industry Let s face it if you find something too difficult before you even start you won t be consistent She simplifies the workout s leaving you feeling confident and encouraged

My choice for self care
I followed Justine on Instagram and was intrigued so I tried the exercises I was impressed how quickly my body responded to the gentle program especially not aggregating my back pain as other exercise programs did And my core was getting stronger just from these simple moves Justine has a calm encouraging nature and details different levels to try depending on your ability I can feel that I have exercised with no residual pain from pressing too hard I struggle with consistency to an exercise program What I like is that even on days when I only fit in a short time of exercise I feel the benefit and that motivates me to continue Exercise no longer feels like a chore It enriches my wellbeing I m not the person who responds to pressure to stay with a program when I am hurting or in pain With this guided movement program I feel nurtured and balanced and it is done on my time and in my own space This is an enjoyable way to exercise and care for myself at 68

Absolute game changer For me at 67 I ve always struggled with motivation and consistency in fitting in wellness routines into my life When I found Justine s short videos on Instagram during the pandemic I was immediately taken in by the simplicity clarity and gentle yet effective movements that I could easily make part of my morning routine Always encouraging and without pushing until it hurts I find Justine s kind and informative support to be just what I need to feel better every single day without the guilt and the aches In preparation for extensive cervical spine surgery this summer I committed to faithfully working my Inclusive Movement membership every single day to get myself in the best shape - strong and confident While I did have to refrain during my initial recovery I was actually excited to resume my morning routines with IM As a result I am feeling stronger have better balance can handle stairs and have slowly built back stamina using the short but effective videos each morning Sometimes I replay them even on a REST day I d recommend Inclusive Movement to anyone looking for a practical effective positive fitness program PS I took part in my first live session this week and was thrilled to meet Justine who only confirmed to me that she is a consummate professional who really understands the human body and the working of the mind when it comes to holistic well-being
