Innago has the easiest system to use The first time I used it I had units and tenants in the system with no problems Even my elderly tenant thought it was very simple to setup They have wonderful and responsive customer service I love that they have esignature and tenant communication capability I have been using Innago of about a year and have 4 units in it They also support multiple bank accounts and email addresses which is great if you have more than one LLC I m very happy

Innago is a well-regarded property management software across the industry It is intuitive software and once I became familiar with its interface it was a breeze to use I like that it allows me to create individual application templates upload rental agreements and invite and screen tenants Accepting online payments is very easy The best part is - I can automate messages to be sent to tenants at appropriate intervals I highly recommend Innago to Landlords and Property Managers Sometimes the software lags when switching between different tabs which can be frustrating

I bought my first duplex back in the summer of 2021 It was perfect for everything that I thought I would struggle with It keeps everything in order you don t have to interact with your clients in person unless you really have to The message center leasing pages and maintenance sections are perfect

Innago has made managing multiple properties a breeze I manage 2 apartment complexes and several rental homes This software has been a God send When I found it my first thought was this is to good to be true but it is true Innago has made my job light years easier it has the capability to help you draft a lease or upload your own it has the entire application process integrated along with the option to require a credit report and background check a full accounting system in place along with online rental payments and maintenance requests for the tenants I could go on and on but I won t if you are in need of a good rental software this one is one to consider

Innago is my favorite landlord software solution I did a lot of research on the different options and ended up switching from one of the big name dot com sites The user interface is what wins this for me Beautiful design all around If there was an app to go along with it it would be a total home run

I use Innago to collect rent for a number of my commercial properties I switched to Innago after apartments com purchased Cozy co as apartments com no longer allowed rent to be collected on commercial units residential rent collection only Overall Innago is very easy to setup and use It also makes it very easy to communicate with tenants create and upload lease agreements and other documents and manage your rental properties

Setting up a new lease with Innago is so easy and great to use The support team is knowledgeable and prompt in their responses We have had a great experience with Innago so far

Innago has everything I need as a landlord and has excellent features for being a free software The lease templates are super helpful to not have to create new leases from scratch each time Their customer service is also excellent - any time I have had a question they have been able to answer quickly and in depth
