Very poor value

Very poor value for 120 euro flowers were fresh but range of flowers utilized no different than would have received with a bouquet half the price Would never order using this service again

Delivery didn t arrive on Mother s Day

Delivery didn t arrive on Mother s Day but I got an email to say that it had The customer care person was nice and helpful but there was not much they could do that day The flowers were delivered the following day but no explanation as to why they had not been delivered on Mother s Day I contacted customer service again to be told the florist missed it as they were so busy and it was marked delivered in error Not really the fault of interflora but disappointing from the florist They could have at least offered an apology -due to the email saying it was delivered I believed my elderly mother had received them sadly she got nothing to celebrate the day

The item ordered could not be fulfilled and amendment was agreed However it was misinterpreted along the way and looked nothing like what I ordered Disappointed This has happened with 3 out of 4 of my orders

My daughter received her delivery of flowers on Sat last Feb 11th to celebrate the birth of her new baby The flowers were colourful but not what I ordered from website After 3 days some of the flowers are wilting I was disappointed to see this on day three There was no flower food supplied with them either The cost was 79 The quality and durability was not reflecting the cost

Disappointed I selected a bouquet on the website that had all white flowers In the request section of the booking I asked for white flowers only to be used however I was sent a picture of the bouquet and it contained pinks and peaches This was not what I wanted nor what I asked for

I ordered flowers to be delivered for my mum s 75th birthday Although she was in all day the flowers were delivered to her neighbour with no card through letterbox to tell her there was a delivery for her As it was a surprise she didn t receive her flowers on her birthday Very disappointed and will not use interflora again

I ordered flowers for my daughter s engagement I was specific - I asked for white flowers The bouquet that arrived had one white rose 7 thistles and other small flowers How could anyone include thistles for an engagement Seriously a v v disappointed customer- would not use this service again

The delivery time was noted between 9-5pm It arrived at 4 55pm - very last minute Delivery is charged extra Disappointing service as other companies deliver earlier in the day free of charge Flowers were lovely though
