Lovely bouquet delivered on time A streamlined process However having paid extra for the larger bouquet the photo I received of the bouquet was disappointing It seemed more like the smaller version

The flowers I ordered were 2 days late being delivered because the florist didn t receive their order of flowers It wasn t their fault and the staff were very apologetic and lovely They added in a box of chocolates which was much appreciated Overall very happy

4 out of 5 deliveries ran smoothly but the last one wasn t delivered when confirmation email of delivery arrived I made enquiry and this order was delivered the following morning So in the end my friend received her delivery

Unsatisfactory delivery

Flowers are were perfect however the delivery instructions weren t followed I requested they would go to the front door of the house and doorbell rang as my mum would be at home The flowers were left at the back door no one knocked and the flowers fell over with the wind and the box was soaked with the flower water

Although recipient was out flowers were left in a shed Recipient had given and verified postcode with me so was expecting a card in the post On 24th she texted me Happy Christmas and mentioned that my Christmas card had not arrived I explained it was flowers I had sent and verified postcode with her and verified delivery had been completed by checking my inbox I suggested a neighbour or outside shed to her and she found them I think a text telling me it was left in outside shed would help If she hadnt texted me I would never have suggested shed and she mightn t have discovered them

The flowers were beautiful and my experience with the website etc was great One piece of feedback The flowers arrived on Mother s Day as requested but they arrived so early they woke my Mom up which kind of ruined the positivity of the experience It would be great if you could choose a rough time when you want the flowers delivered like morning afternoon or evening

Birthday surprise

I sent flowers to my best friend in Ireland for her birthday and they were very beautiful She sent me a photo The only reason why I did not give the review 5-stars is because I requested a protea which the photo showed in the selection - and specifically requested this in the comments section of my order Interflora did not advise that this was not available at the time Otherwise I would have give the review 5 stars I use Interflora all the time and they almost never disappoint

Ordered a Winter Bouquet Chocs and a candle the recipient was delighted with Bouquet and Candles and mentioned that the Chocs were not delivered I contacted Interflora who swiftly rectified the issue and followed up with a call to confirm Very happy with the service

The flowers are great I put 4 instead of 5 just because I ve asked to not put lilies but they are there Anyway the pink lilies are beautiful and the flowers are still alive one week later Experiencing similar in other countries I would recommend to think about providing time slots for delivery

Delivery was not as ordered

Flowers were delivered on time etc but they were not the bunch I ordered The one I chose was bright orange and modern and I even made a note to say the brighter the better The flowers delivered were white and light pink lilies Would have preferred to be contacted to say they could match my exact request instead of just delivering something different
